Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の二次電池は、ベアセルの1つの電極と電気的に接続する第1導電部と、保護回路基板に電気的に接続する第2導電部と、前記第1導電部と前記第2導電部との間に位置するPTC本体部と、前記PTC本体部の表面の少なくとも一部を覆うカバー部材とを備えたPTC素子を内蔵したことを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 電極組立体と、該電極組立体が収容される缶と、該缶の開口された上部と結合するキャップ組立体とを備えたベアセルと、
保護回路が形成された保護回路基板と、
前記ベアセルの1つの電極と電気的に接続する第1導電部と、前記保護回路基板に電気的に接続する第2導電部と、前記第1導電部と前記第2導電部との間に位置するPTC本体部と、該PTC本体部の表面の少なくとも一部を覆うカバー部材とを備えたPTC素子と、
前記保護回路基板と前記ベアセルとの間の空間に充填された成形樹脂部と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1導電部は、平坦構造を有する前記PTC本体部の上面の一部と接触して、
前記第2導電部は、前記第1導電部と対向して、前記PTC本体部の下面の一部と接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記PTC本体部の上面を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カバー部材は、前記PTC本体部の上面及び下面を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カバー部材は、流動可能な緩衝材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝材は、接着テープ又は両面テープを含む弾性材であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カバー部材は、内部空間と共に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記PTC素子は、前記PTC本体部の表面に形成された酸化防止コーティング層を更に含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記PTC本体部は、導電性粒子を結晶性高分子に分散させてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記導電性粒子は、金属粒子または炭素粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
