Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つのリチウム挿入電極と、封止され閉ざされており、接着剤またはシーリング層(4)により互いに連結している2つのフィルムを含む薄い可撓性筐体とを有している再充電可能な電気化学セル(1)であって、
不可逆的引き外し熱ヒューズ(3)が組み込まれている少なくとも1つの電流出力導体(2)を有し、
前記ヒューズは筐体内に配置されている、および/または接着剤またはシーリング層(4)に埋め込まれているセル(1)。 - 熱ヒューズ(3)が、90℃と100℃との間の定格引き外し温度を有し、および/または50℃と60℃との間の保持温度を有している(2Aの定格電流で各々決定されている)ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 熱ヒューズ(3)が、合金、特にローゼズ金属(Roses metal)および/またはド・アーセッツ(d´Arcets)金属を主成分としたヒューズリンクであることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記筐体フィルムが、金属/プラスチック複合フィルムであることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記の金属/プラスチック複合フィルムが前記筐体内部に面するその側面に、電気絶縁体で被覆されている金属層を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記絶縁層が20μmと70μmとの間の厚みを有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記絶縁層がポリオレフィン層であることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の電気化学セル。
