Abstract

Claims (20)
- 複数の電極タブに電気的に連結される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、を含み、
前記ケースは、前記ケースの縁部に配された封止部と、
前記封止部に配され、前記複数の電極タブのうちいずれか一つに電気的に連結される保護素子を収容する安着部と、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーセル。 - 前記複数の電極タブは、第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブを含み、前記保護素子は、前記第1電極タブに電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記第2電極タブは、前記封止部を介して前記バッテリーセルの外部に引き出されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記安着部は、密閉されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記保護素子は、第1連結部及び第2連結部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記複数の電極タブのいずれか一つは、第1電極タブであり、前記第1連結部は前記第1電極タブに電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記第2連結部は、前記封止部を介して前記バッテリーセルの外部に引き出されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記ケースは、第1サブケース及び第2サブケースを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記第1サブケースは、前記封止部により前記第2サブケースに結合されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記第1サブケース及び前記第2サブケースは、それぞれ内部樹脂層を含み、
前記封止部は、互いに結合された前記第1サブケースの前記内部樹脂層の一部及び前記第2サブケースの前記内部樹脂層の一部を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーセル。 - 前記封止部は、前記第1サブケースの前記内部樹脂層の一部と前記第2サブケースの前記内部樹脂層の一部とを熱融着して形成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記第1サブケース及び前記第2サブケースのうち一つは、前記電極組立体を収容する収容部を含み、
前記第1サブケース及び前記第2サブケースのうち、他の一つは前記収容部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーセル。 - 前記封止部は、前記収容部から前記安着部を分離することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記封止部は、前記安着部の外面が突出された一面、及び前記一面と対向する他面を含み、前記封止部は、前記一面が前記収容部に向かうように一部が折り曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記封止部は、前記安着部の外面が突出した一面と、及び前記一面と対向する他面を含み、前記封止部は、前記他面が前記収容部に向かうように一部が折り曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記第1サブケース及び前記第2サブケースのうち一つは、前記電極組立体を収容する収容部を含み、
前記第1サブケース及び前記第2サブケースのうち、他の一つは、前記安着部を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーセル。 - 前記第1サブケース及び前記第2サブケースのうち一つは、前記安着部及び前記電極組立体を収容する収容部を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記第1サブケースは、前記電極組立体を部分的に収容する第1収容部を含み、
前記第2サブケースは、前記電極組立体を部分的に収容する第2収容部を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーセル。 - 前記複数の電極タブのうちいずれか一つ、または前記保護素子は、前記封止部と結合される樹脂部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記安着部は、前記封止部に陥没形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル。
