Abstract
【解決手段】 特定手段126(S5、S6)により、変速段不成立判定手段124(S3)によって所定の変速出力に対応する所定の変速段が成立しないことが判定されたときは、係合油圧状態判定手段122(S4)による判定結果に基づいて前記変速段不成立の原因である係合不良となった油圧式摩擦係合装置が特定されるので、故障発生時において故障発生部位を特定することができる。

Claims (8)
- 複数の油圧式摩擦係合装置が選択的に係合、解放されることにより変速比が異なる複数の前進変速段が成立させられるとともに、該複数の油圧式摩擦係合装置のうちの所定の油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合が該前進変速段の達成要件とされている車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置であって、
前記所定の油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合油圧の状態を判定する係合油圧状態判定手段と、
所定の変速出力に対応する所定の変速段が成立しないことを判定する変速段不成立判定手段と、
該変速段不成立判定手段によって前記所定の変速出力に対応する所定の変速段が成立しないことが判定されたとき、前記係合油圧状態判定手段による判定結果に基づいて前記変速段不成立の原因である係合不良となった油圧式摩擦係合装置を特定する特定手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記特定手段は、前記所定の油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合油圧状態が正常であれば、前記所定の変速段を成立させる油圧式摩擦係合装置のうち該所定の油圧式摩擦係合装置とは異なる油圧式摩擦係合装置を特定し、該所定の油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合油圧状態が異常であれば、所定の変速段を成立させる油圧式摩擦係合装置のうちの該所定の油圧式摩擦係合装置を特定するものである請求項1の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記変速段不成立判定手段は、前記自動変速機の入力軸回転速度および出力軸回転速度に基づいて該自動変速機のニュートラルフェイルの発生を判定するものである請求項1または2の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 複数の油圧式摩擦係合装置のうちから選択された少なくとも2つの油圧式摩擦係合装置が係合させられることにより変速比が異なる複数の前進変速段が成立させられる車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置であって、
第1の変速出力に対応する第1の変速段が成立しないことを判定する第1変速段不成立判定手段と、
該第1変速段不成立判定手段によって前記第1の変速段が不成立であると判定された場合は、第2の変速段に切り換えるために、該第1の変速段を成立させる油圧式摩擦係合装置のうちの1つを解放させて他の油圧式摩擦係合装置を係合させる第2の変速出力を発生させる故障時変速段切換手段と、
第2の変速出力に対応する第2の変速段が成立しないことを判定する第2変速段不成立判定手段と、
該第2変速段不成立判定手段により前記第2の変速段が成立しないことが判定されたか否かに基づいて係合不良となった油圧式摩擦係合装置を特定する特定手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1変速段不成立判定手段は、前記自動変速機の入力軸回転速度および出力軸回転速度に基づいて該自動変速機のニュートラルフェイルの発生を判定することにより前記第1の変速段が成立したか否かを判定するものである請求項4の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記第2変速段不成立判定手段は、前記自動変速機の入力軸回転速度および出力軸回転速度に基づいて該自動変速機のニュートラルフェイルの発生を判定することにより前記第2の変速段が成立したか否かを判定するものである請求項4または5の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記特定手段は、前記第2の変速段が成立したと判定されたときは、前記第1の変速段を成立させる油圧式摩擦係合装置のうち前記第2の変速出力によって解放された油圧式摩擦係合装置を特定し、前記第2の変速段が成立しないと判定されたときは、前記第1の変速段を成立させる油圧式摩擦係合装置のうち前記第2の変速出力によって解放されなかった油圧式摩擦係合装置を特定するものである請求項4乃至6のいずれかの車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記自動変速機の複数の変速段のうち前記特定手段によって特定された油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合を条件として成立する変速段を除く変速段を達成するための変速出力を行う自動変速制御手段を、含むものである請求項1乃至7のいずれかの車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
