Abstract

Description
本発明は、概して、モバイル電子デバイスに関し、より具体的には、モバイル電子デバイスにおける充電状態を設定する方法および装置に関する。
再充電バッテリーによって電力供給されるモバイル電子デバイス等のポータブルシステムは、USB(Universal Serial Bus)充電機能およびサスペンド機能の両方をサポートするという問題を有する。

Claims (1)
- モバイル電子デバイスがデバイスサスペンド状態である一方で、該モバイル電子デバイスをUSB(Universal Serial Bus)ホストに接続することによって、該USBホストから該モバイル電子デバイスを充電する方法であって、
該方法は、
該USBホストからの入力電圧を感知することと、
該入力電圧の感知に応答して、デバイス充電状態に入ることであって、該モバイル電子デバイスが該デバイス充電状態である一方で、該モバイル電子デバイスにおける処理デバイスが該入力電圧から電力供給される、ことと、
該USBホストからの制御信号を受信し、処理するように該処理デバイスをイネーブルすることと、
該入力電圧の感知に応答して、時間依存イネーブル信号をバッテリー充電器回路に伝送することと
を包含し、
該時間依存イネーブル信号は、該モバイル電子デバイスを該デバイス充電状態に入れる、方法。
