Description
Claims (9)
- (a)塗装液によって充填可能であり、かつ、その内部に塗装対象の物体を浸漬可能な少なくとも1つの浸漬塗装槽と、
(b)該浸漬塗装槽内に配置されている第1極性を有する少なくとも1つの電極と、
(c)交流電圧から所与の残留リップルを有する直流電圧を生成する少なくとも1つの電源ユニットであって、該電源ユニットの1つの極は、前記第1極性を有する前記電極に接続可能であり、前記電源ユニットの他方の極は、前記塗装対象の物体に接続可能であり、前記残留リップルを低減するための平滑要素を含んでいる少なくとも1つの電源ユニットと、
を備える電気泳動浸漬塗装装置であって、
(d)前記電源ユニット(5)は、
(da)制御されていないダイオード整流器ブリッジ(19)と、
(db)5〜30kHzのレンジ内の反復周波数を有する可変幅のパルスを生成する制御可能な発振器(24)と、前記発振器(24)の前記パルスによって作動するパワートランジスタ(23)と、を含むIGBT回路(22)と、
を含むことを特徴とする電気泳動浸漬塗装装置。 - 前記発振器(24)の前記反復周波数は、略20kHzであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気泳動浸漬塗装装置。
- 前記ダイオード整流器ブリッジ(19)は、三相電流の3つの位相の全波整流のために6つのダイオード(20)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気泳動浸漬塗装装置。
- 前記物体がコンベアシステムによって前記浸漬塗装槽内を移動可能である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気泳動浸漬塗装装置であって、搬送方向に順番に配置され、通常、互いに電気的に隔離されている複数のゾーン(A、B、C)を含んでおり、前記ゾーンのそれぞれは、電源ユニット(5A、5B、5C)と、前記ゾーン(A、B、C)内の前記物体とが電気的接触状態にあり前記電源ユニット(5A、5B、5C)の他方の極に接続可能である電流バー(4A、4B、4C)と、前記第1極性を有する少なくとも1つの電極(3A、3B、3C)と、を含んでいることを特徴とする電気泳動浸漬塗装装置。
- 隣接するゾーン(A、B、C)の前記電流バー(4A、4B、4C)は、1つの電流バー(4A、4B、4C)から別のものに前記物体が移動する際に互いに電気的に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気泳動浸漬塗装装置。
- 各前記電源ユニット(5A、5B、5C)は、任意選択により、すべての前記ゾーン(A、B、C)内の前記第1極性を有するそれぞれの電極(3A、3B、3C)に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の電気泳動浸漬塗装装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記電源ユニット(5A、5B、5C)の出力にパルス整形器(50)が接続されており、該パルス整形器(50)は、前記電源ユニット(5A、5B、5C)の前記平滑済みの出力電圧から一連の矩形パルスを生成することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気泳動浸漬塗装装置。
- 前記矩形パルスの前記反復周波数は、1〜10kHzであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気泳動浸漬塗装装置。
- 前記矩形パルスの前記反復周波数は、5kHzまたはこの近傍であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気泳動浸漬塗装装置。
