Abstract
Description
比較実施例1、6および7、ならびに実施例2、4および5において、混合物を実験室規模のコンパウンダーで混合し、190℃の溶融温度を5分間実現した。実施例3においては、高温ポリマー、ソフトポリマーおよび導電性フィラーの混合物を実験室規模のコンパウンダー内で混合し、190℃の溶融温度を5分間実現した後に冷却し、続いて120℃で過酸化物を加えた。
(1)酢酸ビニル含有量が28重量パーセントであり、メルトインデックスが3g/10分である、duPont Elvax265(商標)エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー(EVA−1)、
(2)酢酸ビニル含有量が18重量パーセントであり、メルトインデックスが3g/10分であり、The Dow Chemical Company から市販の、DXM−451(商標)エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー(EVA−2)、
(3)メルトフローレートが0.8であり、Dow Chemical Companyより市販のフラクショナルホモポリマーである、5D45(商標)ポリプロピレン(PP−1)、および、
(4)メルトフローレートが20である、ポリポリプロピレンのホモポリマー(PP−2)。
実施例8において、混合物を実験室規模のコンパウンダーで混合し、190℃の溶融温度を5分間実現した。この混合物は、65部のEVA−1、35部のPP−1、100部のポリマーあたり55部(pphr)のCabot Corporation CSX614カーボンブラック、および、0.4pphrのAkzo Nobel TRIGANOX 101過酸化物を含んでいた。
Claims (21)
- (a)高温ポリマーおよびソフトポリマーの混合物、
(b)導電性フィラー、
を含む半導電性電力ケーブル組成物であり、前記組成物から製造された半導電性ケーブル層が第2のケーブル層に剥離可能に接着する、組成物。 - 前記半導電性ケーブル層の、試験温度150℃におけるホットクリープ試験によって測定した耐熱性が100%より低い、請求項1の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 前記高温ポリマーおよび前記ソフトポリマーが異なる耐熱性を有する、請求項1の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 前記高温ポリマーが、ポリプロピレン類、ポリエステル類、ナイロン類、ポリスルホン類、および、ポリアラミド類からなる群より選択され、前記ソフトポリマーが、ポリエチレン類、ポリプロピレン類、ポリエステル類、および、ゴム類からなる群より選択される、請求項1の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 前記高温ポリマーがポリプロピレンであり、前記ソフトポリマーがポリエチレンである、請求項4の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 前記ポリエチレンが、極性モノマーと非極性モノマーのコポリマーである、請求項5の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 前記導電性フィラーが、カーボンブラック類、カーボンファイバー類、カーボンナノチューブ類、グラファイト粒子類、金属類、および、金属コーティング粒子類からなる群より選択される、請求項1の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 前記第2のケーブル層が化学的架橋されている、請求項1の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 硬化剤をさらに含む、請求項1の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- カップリング剤をさらに含む、請求項1の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 前記カップリング剤が、前記半導電性ケーブル層に耐熱性を付与するために必要な硬化剤の量を低減する、請求項10の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 硬化剤をさらに含む、請求項11の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 前記混合物が相溶化ポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物。
- 請求項1の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物から製造される、半導電性ケーブル層。
- 電線またはケーブル上に請求項14の半導電性ケーブル層を適用して製造された、電力ケーブル構造物。
- 高温ポリマー、ソフトポリマー、および、導電性フィラーの混合物をブレンドするステップを含む半導電性電力ケーブル組成物の製造方法であり、ここで、前記組成物から製造された半導電性ケーブル層が、第2のケーブル層に剥離可能に接着する、製造方法。
- 前記混合物がカップリング剤をさらに含む、請求項16の方法。
- (a)高温ポリマー、ソフトポリマー、およびカップリング剤の混合物を、導電性フィラーの存在下で反応性カップリングするステップであり、ここで前記カップリング剤は、高温ポリマー、ソフトポリマー、および導電性フィラーの混合物から、前記カップリング剤なしに製造した半導電性ケーブル層に耐熱性を付与するため必要な硬化剤の量を低減し、ならびに、
(b)硬化剤を混合するステップ
を含み、ここで、前記組成物から製造された前記半導電性ケーブル層は、第2のケーブル層に剥離可能に接着する、半導電性電力ケーブル組成物の製造方法。 - (a)高温ポリマー、ソフトポリマー、および、導電性フィラーの混合物を含む半導電性電力ケーブル組成物を金属導電体上に押出し、前記金属導電体上に半導電性ケーブル層を形成するステップ、および、
(b)ポリマー−誘電性絶縁体を前記半導電性ケーブル層上に押し出すステップ
を含む、電力ケーブルの製造方法。 - (c)第2の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物を、前記ポリマー誘電性絶縁体上に押出して、第2の半導電性ケーブル層を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項19の電力ケーブルの製造方法。
- (a)高温ポリマー、ソフトポリマー、および、導電性フィラーの混合物を含む半導電性電力ケーブル組成物を金属導電体上に押出し、前記金属導電体上に半導電性ケーブル層を形成するステップ、
(b)前記半導電性ケーブル層上に、化学架橋性絶縁体組成物を押出すステップ、
(c)第2の半導電性電力ケーブル組成物を、前記ポリマー誘電性絶縁体上に押出し、第2の半導電性ケーブル層を形成するステップ、ならびに、
(d)前記化学架橋性絶縁組成物を架橋し、架橋されたポリマー誘電性絶縁体を形成するステップ、
を含む、電力ケーブルの製造方法。
