Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 正負極と、多相電流端子を有する軸方向磁場の回転エネルギ装置であって、
複数の永久磁石の磁極を有するロータと、
ステータとを有し、
前記ステータは、
電流の各位相に対する少なくとも1つの動作導体層を有する複数の回路基板の動作導体層であって、各動作導体層が、前記動作導体層の内径部に位置する内側スルーホールと、前記動作導体層の外径部に位置する外側スルーホールとの間に配置された複数のラジアル導体のパターンを含み、
各動作層が、電流の1つの位相の正負端子と、特定の外側スルーホールを電気的に接続する一対の外側導体と、特定の内側スルーホールを電気的に接続する複数の内側導体とを有するものと、
少なくとも1つが前記各動作導体層に対応し、それぞれが、該接続導体層の内径部に位置する内側スルーホールと、該接続導体層の外径部に位置する外側スルーホールとの間に配置された複数のラジアル導体のパターンを含む複数の回路基板の接続導体層であって、
各接続層が、特定の外側スルーホールを電気的に接続する複数の外側導体と、特定の内側スルーホールを電気的に接続する複数の内側コネクタとを有するものと、
前記動作導体層における特定の内側及び外側スルーホール内に位置して前記層を接続し、前記接続導体層のラジアル導体のうち特定のものと、前記動作導体層のラジアルコネクタのうち特定のものとを電気的に接続する複数のビア導体とを有する、
ことを特徴とする回転エネルギ装置。 - 前記各回路基板の動作導体層が平面的に構成されているとともに、前記各回路基板の接続導体層が平面的に構成されており、
前記ステータは、前記動作導体層及び前記接続導体層が交互に積層され、各層間に基材層が配置されて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転エネルギ装置。 - 前記ステータは、前記層の平面構成に対して直交する方向において、貫通した中央穴部を有し、さらに
前記中央穴部を介して延びる回転可能な駆動軸と、
前記ステータの一方の側において、前記駆動軸に固定された第1のロータと、
前記ステータの他方の側において、前記駆動軸に固定された第2のロータとを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転エネルギ装置。 - 前記ステータに装着され、永久磁石の磁極の回転位置を検出するための検出手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転エネルギ装置。
- 前記第1のロータにおける永久磁石の磁極は、磁束が前記動作導体層の平面構成に対して直交する方向で前記ステータを通過するように、前記第2のロータにおける永久磁石の磁極に対して位置していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転エネルギ装置。
- 前記各ロータは、少なくとも4つの永久磁石の磁極を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転エネルギ装置。
- 前記回転エネルギ装置が少なくとも3つの位相の電気回路で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転エネルギ装置。
- 前記動作導体層及び前記接続導体層のラジアル導体が、所定の幅を有しており、
前記動作導体層の外側及び内側の導体と、前記接続導体層の外側及び内側の導体とが、前記所定の幅よりも広い幅を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転エネルギ装置。 - 前記各動作導体層及び前記各接続導体層が、複数の領域に分割されており、
各領域が電流の各位相の正極又は負極に対応し、前記ラジアル導体が各領域に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転エネルギ装置。 - 前記各動作導体層における内側の導体は、前記各接続導体層における内側及び外側の導体と共に、電流の位相に対応した各領域において前記ラジアルコネクタを、前記ビア導体を介して直列に接続することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の回転エネルギ装置。
- 該装置は、少なくとも3つの位相の電流に対応して構成されており、
前記ロータは、少なくとも4つの永久磁石の磁極を含み、
前記各動作導体層及び前記各接続導体層は、少なくとも12の領域に分割され、
前記動作導体層は、1つの位相の負極に対応した領域と、該位相の正極に対応した領域とを接続するための少なくとも1つの外側導体を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転エネルギ装置。 - 前記各動作導体層及び前記各接続導体層のラジアル導体は、同一のパターンで配置されており、
各層における対応するラジアル導体は、前記ビア導体を介して電気的に並列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転エネルギ装置。
