Claims (14)
- チタン含有の歯科用セラミック製品を製造するマッフル炉用の加熱用マッフルであって、セラミック製品を取り込むため少なくとも1つの開口(11)を具備しかつ完全に加熱可能な内壁面を有する中空部、を含み、さらにセラミック製品を内壁面により加熱する焼成室を基台と共に形成できる加熱用マッフルにおいて、中空部は、製品への均一な熱の伝達のための熱導体(18)を含有して温度勾配を回避する少なくとも1つの螺旋状に屈曲した筒(16)を具備することを特徴とする加熱用マッフル。
- 請求項1に記載の加熱用マッフルにおいて、中空部の開口(11)は作動位置において底部に対して整合し、かつ基台と共に作用できてセラミック製品を取り込んだあと焼成室を形成することをさらなる特徴とする加熱用マッフル。
- 請求項1もしくは2に記載の加熱用マッフルにおいて、中空部は円筒体から成り、円筒体は円筒体カバー(12、12')により一方の端部が封止されることをさらなる特徴とする加熱用マッフル。
- 請求項3に記載の加熱用マッフルにおいて、円筒体カバーは平坦(12)もしくはアーチ状(12')であることをさらなる特徴とする加熱用マッフル。
- 請求項1もしくは2のいずれかに記載の加熱用マッフルにおいて、中空部は事実上半球形もしくは事実上球形であることをさらなる特徴とする加熱用マッフル。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の加熱用マッフルにおいて、筒(16)は石英、好ましくは溶融石英もしくは石英ガラスで作られることをさらなる特徴とする加熱用マッフル。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の加熱用マッフルにおいて、筒(16)の中に熱導体(18)が螺旋状に配置されることをさらなる特徴とする加熱用マッフル。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の加熱用マッフルにおいて、中空部は熱電対用の別の開口(13)を有することをさらなる特徴とする加熱用マッフル。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の加熱用マッフルを製造する方法において、加熱可能な内壁面を有する中空部を形成するための、熱導体(18)を含有した筒(16)を螺旋状に配置することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、円筒体と、円筒体を一方の端部で封止する円筒体カバー(12、12')とに対して筒を螺旋状に配置することをさらなる特徴とする方法。
- 請求項10に記載の方法において、円筒体ジャケット(15')に対して小半径のアーチ状の円筒体カバー(12')を形成するために、筒を螺旋状に配置することをさらなる特徴とする方法。
- 請求項10に記載の方法において、円筒体ジャケット(15)に対して小半径の平坦な円筒体カバー(12)を形成するために、筒を螺旋状に配置し、螺旋形が円筒体カバー(12)の領域にピッチを持たないようにすることをさらなる特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、事実上半球形の中空部もしくは事実上球形の中空部に対して筒を螺旋状に配置することをさらなる特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の加熱用マッフルを含有するマッフル炉において、炉は請求項9乃至13のいずれか1つに記載の方法により製造されることを特徴とするマッフル炉。
