Abstract
Description
本発明は、液体の流れをより効果的に制御する少なくとも1つの段部が内側に設けられた改良された測定先端に関する。
本発明の主な目的は、従来技術の上記した欠点を解消することにある。
本発明は、主に臨床分析器に用いられる、液体を吸引及び分注するための測定先端の特定の実施形態を説明する。しかしながら、当業者であれば、ここに開示する本発明の概念を用いた他のデザインに容易に想到することが明らかであろう。
Claims (10)
- 所定量の液体を吸引及び分注できる測定先端であって、
内部及び先端開口を含むテーパ状のプラスチック本体を含み、
前記内部が、複数の近接した段部を含み、前記段部がそれぞれ、液体メニスカスをラッチして分注される液体の振動を最小限にするための鋭い内周縁を含むことを特徴とする測定先端。 - 前記測定先端が、実質的に一定の直径を有する軸部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定先端。
- 実質的に一定の直径を有する前記軸部分が測定窓を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の測定先端。
- 前記測定窓よりも上に形成された少なくとも1つの段部を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の測定先端。
- 前記複数の段部が、前記先端開口と前記測定窓との間に軸方向に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の測定先端。
- 所定量の液体を吸引及び分注できる測定先端であって、
内部及び先端開口を含むテーパ状のプラスチック本体を含み、
前記プラスチック本体が更に、実質的に一定の直径を有する軸部分を含み、全機軸部分の少なくとも一部が測定窓を画定しており、
前記内部が、液体メニスカスをラッチして分注される液体の振動を低減するための鋭い内周縁を有し、前記段部の少なくとも1つが前記測定窓よりも上に形成されていることを特徴とする測定先端。 - 前記段部の少なくとも1つが前記測定窓よりも下に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の測定先端。
- 複数の段部が、前記先端開口と前記測定窓との間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の測定先端。
- 測定先端から分注される液体の振動を低減する方法であって、
測定先端の内部に少なくとも1つの段部を設けるステップを含み、
前記段部が、そこを通る液体メニスカスをラッチするための鋭い内周縁を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記測定先端がその内部に受容した液体を光学的に測定可能な測定窓を含み、更に、前記少なくとも1つの段部を前記測定窓よりも上に設けるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
