Description
本発明は、液体の流れをより効果的に制御する少なくとも1つの段部が内側に設けられた改良された測定先端に関する。
本発明の主な目的は、従来技術の上記した欠点を解消することにある。
本発明は、主に臨床分析器に用いられる、液体を吸引及び分注するための測定先端の特定の実施形態を説明する。しかしながら、当業者であれば、ここに開示する本発明の概念を用いた他のデザインに容易に想到することが明らかであろう。
Claims (4)
- 液体を吸引及び分注できる測定先端であって、
内部及び先端開口を含むテーパ状のプラスチック本体を含み、
前記プラスチック本体が更に、実質的に一定の内径を有する部分を含み、該部分の少なくとも一部が光学的検査を可能とする測定窓を画定しており、
前記内部が、少なくとも1つの段部を含み、該少なくとも1つの段部が液体メニスカスをラッチして分注される液体の振動を低減するための鋭い内周縁を有し、前記少なくとも1つの段部が前記測定窓よりも上に形成されていることを特徴とする測定先端。 - 前記内部が更に複数の段部を含み、該複数の段部が、前記先端開口と前記測定窓との間に軸方向に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定先端。
- 測定先端からサンプルを分注した後に、前記測定先端に残っている液体の光学的検査を行う方法であって、
少なくとも1つのサンプルを前記測定先端から分注し、
前記サンプルが分注された後に前記測定先端に残っている液体を、前記測定先端のノズル内に引き戻し、
前記測定先端に残っている液体の上部メニスカスを平坦にするように、前記上部メニスカスを前記測定先端の段部にラッチし、
前記段部の下に配置された、前記測定先端の測定窓を通して、前記測定先端に残っている液体の光学的検査を行う方法。 - 前記測定先端に残っている液体を前記測定先端のノズル内に引き戻した後に、前記測定先端をシールするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
