Abstract
Description
アーマチャ14が、上面の活性化面18により近づくと仮定すると、底面の活性化面19に対して、最初は磁束がアーマチャを通過し、上面の活性化面を経由してループを形成する。アーマチャの移動期間中は、アーマチャ14が底面の活性化面19に近づくにつれ、磁束がアーマチャを通過し、底面の活性化面を経由して、ループを形成するようになる。そして、アーマチャは、上記の底面に引き寄せられる。
Claims (2)
- 弾性部材(12、13)と1個以上のコイル(20)とによる作用の下で移動可能なアクチュエータ部材(11,14)と、前記コイル(20)に電力が供給されない状態のときに前記弾性部材(12、13)に抗して中心から最も離れた位置の少なくとも一方に、前記アクチュエータ部材(11,14)を保持するように配置される1個以上の永久磁石(22)とを具備している電磁バルブアクチュエータにおいて、
前記コイル(20)はコア(16)を付帯しており、前記コア(16)は、前記永久磁石(22)と接触しているそれぞれの第一の小平面(21)と、第二の小平面(23)間で前記永久磁石の厚さ(H)よりもはるかに小さいエアーギャップ(e)を実現するそれぞれの第二の小平面(23)からなる二つの部分(17)とを有しており、
前記エアーギャップ(e)は、前記永久磁石(22)の磁化方向(25)に対して所定の角度を有することを特徴とする電磁バルブアクチュエータ。 - 前記エアーギャップ(e)は、前記永久磁石(22)の磁化方向(25)に対して直角に形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁バルブアクチュエータ。
