Claims (10)
- 電子回路用のストリップ導体と、給電用の端子とを備え、適切なはんだを用いて少なくとも1個のSMD構成要素や他の電子的および/または電気的な部品が実装され、給電部が1つまたは複数の給電用ストリップ導体(2)に接続されている、プリント回路基板(1,1′)において、少なくとも1つの給電用ストリップ導体(2)が、溶融ブリッジ(6)によって導電的に架橋された中断部を備え、溶融ブリッジ(6)が、ストリップ導体を形成する材料の融点よりも低い融点を有する基礎材料を含んでいるかまたはこの基礎材料からなっていることを特徴とするプリント回路基板。
- 基礎材料の融点がプリント回路基板(1)の実装のために使用されるはんだの融点と同じであるかまたは高いことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のプリント回路基板(1,1′)。
- 溶融ブリッジ(6)が完全に金属材料からなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のプリント回路基板(1,1′)。
- 金属材料が錫または錫合金を含んでいるかまたは錫または錫合金からなっていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のプリント回路基板(1,1′)。
- 溶融ブリッジ(6)がはんだ付けで使用されるはんだによってストリップ導体の材料に導電的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のプリント回路基板(1,1′)。
- 溶融ブリッジ(6)が、それ自体知られているSMD部品のように帯状袋またはカセットに入れて慣用の自動実装装置に供給可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のプリント回路基板(1,1′)。
- 溶融ブリッジ(6)が線材または帯状薄板を切断することによって製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のプリント回路基板(1,1′)。
- 溶融ブリッジ(6)を製作するために基礎材料がコーティング、特に錫または錫合金または金または不動態化された銅からなるコーティングによって覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のプリント回路基板(1,1′)。
- 隣接する給電用ストリップ導体(2)が切欠き(12)によって互いに分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のプリント回路基板(1,1′)。
- 溶融ブリッジ(6)が、プリント回路基板(1,1′)の実装の直前に、特に線材または帯状薄板を切断することによって製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のプリント回路基板(1,1′)を製作する方法。
