図1Aには以下で説明するセンサによって検出された量の時間的な経過特性が示されており、
図1Bには、図1aに示された経過特性を検出したときにセンサが通常出力する出力信号が示されており、
図1Cには、作動開始時に使用される閾値を使用した場合に、センサ出力信号が占有状態を反映することが保証されないことを確認した場合にセンサが出力する出力信号が示されており、
図2には、以下に説明するセンサを含む装置が記載されており、
図3には、閾値を上回ったかについての検査が示されており、
図4には、内燃機関を有する自動車内のセンサを診断する本発明による方法の実施例が示されている。
Claims (12)
- 内燃機関を有する自動車内のセンサを診断する方法であって、
自動車の作動中に、センサの出力信号を、出力信号の最大値が第1の閾値を下回ったか否か、および/または出力信号の最小値が第2の閾値を上回ったか否かについて検査し、
そうである場合には、自動車の再始動時にセンサが正しくないデータを供給する可能性があることを制御装置に知らせる信号を制御装置に伝達する、
ことを特徴とする、内燃機関を有する自動車内のセンサを診断する方法。 - 前記第1の閾値は前記第2の閾値と等しい、請求項1記載の方法。
- 閾値を下回るないしは上回る場合には、まずはセンサの出力信号を自動車の再始動時に自動車の制御および/または調整に使用しない、請求項1記載の方法。
- センサの較正が行われてはじめて、センサを再び自動車の制御および/または調整に使用する、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記較正を、センサの最大出力値および最小出力値を学習することによって行う、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記信号を制御装置内で不揮発性メモリ内に格納し、これによって前記信号が内燃機関の再始動時に直接的に使用される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記センサは内燃機関のカムシャフトの位相センサである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 内燃機関の始動を、非常事態において、位相センサを使用せずに行う、請求項3および7記載の方法。
- 前記閾値をセンサの固定記憶装置内に格納する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- センサの較正によって閾値を合わせる、請求項9記載の方法。
- 信号を符号化して伝達する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法を実行する手段を有している、
ことを特徴とするセンサ。
