Abstract
4輪駆動機構を備えた自動車両の前車軸と後車軸の間の駆動トレイン内の切換可能なクラッチを制御するための方法、及び、該当する全車両の走行動性の対応的な安全性をもち、完全な4輪駆動特性という改善された使用可能性を備えたそれに対応する装置を創作するために、クラッチ(K)が予備制御措置を介して調節可能に常にトルクを用いて付勢されることが提案される。

Claims (18)
- 4輪駆動機構を備えた自動車両(1)の前車軸(VA)と後車軸(HA)の間の駆動トレイン(AS)内の切換可能なクラッチ(K)を制御するための方法であって、1つの車軸が直接的に駆動され、他方の車軸がハングオンシステムとしてクラッチ(K)を介して連結される、前記方法において、
クラッチ(K)が予備制御措置を介して調節可能に常にトルクを用いて付勢されることを特徴とする方法。 - タイヤ許容ロジック内で車輪タイヤ(2)の不等のための値が検出され、これらの値を基礎にし、駆動トレイン(AS)の緊張(ΔS)が決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- タイヤ直径誤差(Δr)の形式で前車軸(VA)と後車軸(HA)の間の車輪タイヤ不等が測定されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- タイヤ直径誤差(Δr)を決定するために、中立的な走行状態でクラッチ(K)が開かれ、前車軸(VA)と後車軸(HA)の間の回転数差(Δn)が決定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- タイヤ直径誤差(Δr)が、クラッチ(K)を開くことなく、クラッチ(K)が部分ロックされている場合に前車軸(VA)と後車軸(HA)の間の回転数差(Δn)が決定されることにより決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- タイヤ直径誤差(Δr)を決定するために、2つの点(P1、P2)における測定が実施されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 線形外挿法による測定(P1、P2)を使用し、境界Δn=0及びM=0における値が決定されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 測定(P1、P2)のために、互いにできるだけ離れて位置するクラッチ(K)のトルク値(a、b)が利用されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 予備制御措置が、タイヤ許容ロジックを仲介し、前車軸(VA)と後車軸(HA)の間の誤差(Δn、Δr)がデッドゾーン即ち作動を伴わないゾーン(N)をあとにする場合に初めてアクティブに作動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 作動を伴わないゾーン(N)が、その都度の速度(v)に依存して選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 特徴的なカルダントルク(C)周辺の領域が決定され、この特徴的なカルダントルクの上側では、前車軸車輪が小さすぎる場合、加速のために正に前車軸(VA)における駆動トルクを利用するために予備制御がもはや制限されないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- カーブ走行時、デッドゾーン(N)をあとにする場合、その都度の許容される緊張トルク(Δm)が、特に適切な操舵角度に依存する特性曲線により予め定められることを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前車軸(VA)と後車軸(HA)の間の予め定められたトルク分配(x)を基礎にした調整が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 駆動トレイン(AS)内の前車軸(VA)と後車軸(HA)の間の所望のトルク分配(x)が、所定の走行動性領域内、特に、前車軸車輪が小さすぎる場合にはドラッグ(B)時において及び/又は後車軸車輪が小さすぎる場合には駆動(A)時において実現されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 4輪駆動機構を備えた自動車両(1)の前車軸(VA)と後車軸(HA)の間の駆動トレイン(AS)内の切換可能なクラッチ(K)を制御するための装置であって、1つの車軸(VA、HA)が直接的に駆動されていて、他方の車軸(HA、VA)がハングオンシステムとしてクラッチ(K)を介して形成されている、前記装置において、
本装置が、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項を記載した方法を実施するために形成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - クラッチ(K)が制御ユニット(S)を用いてコントロールされ、更に制御ユニット(S)がライン(L)を介して前車軸(VA)及び後車軸(HA)の車輪(2)における回転数センサ(SR)と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の装置。
- クラッチ(K)が分配変速機(VG)の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の装置。
- 予備制御措置がタイヤ許容ロジックにより実現及び/又は決定されていることを特徴とする、請求項16又は17に記載の装置。
