Abstract
【解決手段】硬質の合成樹脂製の帽子形状の押圧盤と、押圧盤に塗布されている軟質の合成樹脂製の円板形吸着盤と、吸着盤の中央上端に設けられ、押圧盤の中央を貫通するネジ軸と、ネジ軸の突出先端に結合されるネジ締め付け具と、からなる吸着具において、前記押圧盤の周縁には、粘度150〜250pcsのゲルタイプのポリウレタンからなり、中央に向かって圧縮傾斜面になっている真空壁が取着面に向かって突出されており、この真空壁の内側にはトラック(track)状の密着突起が並設されており、前記吸着盤は、その直径が前記真空壁よりも小径であり、中央から外側へ中央部、傾斜部及び周辺部を構成し、周辺部の周縁には、前記押圧盤の圧縮傾斜面に重なる上狭下広の上向き傾斜面が形成されており、前記ネジ締め付け具の上部にはフック部またはツマミが設けられていることを特徴とする吸着具を提供する。

Claims (5)
- 硬質の合成樹脂製の帽子形状の押圧盤(10)と、押圧盤(10)に塗布されている軟質の合成樹脂製の円板形吸着盤(20)と、吸着盤(20)の中央上端に設けられ、押圧盤(10)の中央を貫通するネジ軸(30)と、ネジ軸(30)の突出先端に結合されるネジ締め付け具(40)と、からなる吸着具(1)において、
前記押圧盤(10)の周縁には、粘度150〜250pcsのゲルタイプのポリウレタンからなり、中央に向かって圧縮傾斜面(12)になっている真空壁(11)が取着面(80)に向かって突出されており、この真空壁(11)の内側にはトラック(track)状の密着突起(13)が並設されており、
前記吸着盤(20)は、その直径が前記真空壁(11)よりも小径であり、中央から外側へ中央部(21)、傾斜部(22)及び周辺部(23)を構成し、周辺部(23)の周縁には、前記押圧盤(10)の圧縮傾斜面(12)に重なる上狭下広の上向き傾斜面(24)が形成されており、
前記ネジ締め付け具(40)の上部にはフック部(41)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする、吸着具。 - 前記真空壁(11)は、メチレン・ジイソシアナートと分子量4000〜6000のジオール化合物とが1:8〜12の比率で混合されたポリウレタンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸着具。
- 前記真空壁(11)は、高さに対する底辺の比率が1.5〜1.8の直角三角形となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸着具。
- 前記吸着盤(20)は、中央部(21)の肉厚が周辺部(23)よりも約4〜5倍厚いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸着具。
- 硬質の合成樹脂製の帽子形状の押圧盤(10)と、押圧盤(10)に塗布されている軟質の合成樹脂製の円板形吸着盤(20)と、吸着盤(20)の中央上端に設けられ、押圧盤(10)の中央を貫通するネジ軸(30)と、ネジ軸(30)の突出先端に結合されるネジ締め付け具(40)と、からなる吸着具(1)において、
