Abstract

Claims (16)
- 調節可能型人工水晶体で、実質的に人間の眼球の眼胞領域内である前方眼胞壁と後方眼胞壁の間に埋め込むためのこの水晶体は:
前側の面をかたちづくる前方光学レンズ;および
光学レンズと連結する、柔軟な、弾性のある光学レンズ位置決め部品で構成され、該光学レンズ位置決め部品は、
前方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定される前方部分、
後方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定される後方部分、
前記の前方部分と後方部分を結合する構造物、および
前記光学レンズと可動的に連結し、光学レンズを前記の前方部分と相対的にオフセットの関係にある触覚腕、
を含む。 - 前記水晶体がさらに前記光学レンズ位置決め部品と連結する後部光学レンズを含む請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズの前面が凸型をかたちづくる請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズがそれを貫通する開口部をかたちづくる請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品が連続する前方部分と後方部分を含む請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品が単一構造体である請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記構造体が湾曲部を含む請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品が前記の前方部分と後方部分を結合する複数の湾曲部を含む請求項7の水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品が複数の前方部分と後方部分を含む請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記触覚腕が前記光学レンズ位置決め部品の前方部分と前記光学レンズの間に延びている請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記触覚腕が前記光学レンズ位置決め部品の後方部分と前記光学レンズの間に延びている請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記触覚腕が前記構造体と前記光学レンズの間に延びている請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品が複数の触覚腕を含む請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品が変形可能な合成樹脂材料で形成される請求項1の水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品がシリコン類、アクリレート類、およびこれらの混合物を含む群から選択される材料で形成される請求項1の水晶体。
