Description
すなわち、本発明の人工水晶体は、実質的に人間の眼球の眼胞領域内である前方眼胞壁と後方眼胞壁の間に埋め込むための調節可能型人工水晶体であって、前面をかたちづくる前方の光学レンズと、この光学レンズと連結される、柔軟な、弾性のある光学レンズ位置決め部品と、を有し、該光学レンズ位置決め部品は、前記前方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定される複数の前方部分、前記後方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定され、互いに分離された複数の後方部分、および前記複数の前方部分と前記複数の後方部分とそれぞれを結合する複数の湾曲部を含み、前記光学レンズに対して円周状に間隔をおいて配置される複数の部分と、前記光学レンズと可動的に連結され、前記光学レンズの外縁と前記複数の部分の前記複数の後方部分の端部とをそれぞれ接続して両者の間に延びる、互いに分離された複数の触角腕と、を備え、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品は、単一の一体構造で作られた一体構造体であり、前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品の、前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部に関して後方に配置されることを特徴とする。
また、本発明の人工水晶体は、実質的に人間の眼球の眼胞領域内である前方眼胞壁と後方眼胞壁の間に埋め込むための調節可能型人工水晶体であって、前面を与える前方の光学レンズと、この光学レンズと連結される、柔軟な、弾性のある光学レンズ位置決め部品と、を有し、該光学レンズ位置決め部品は、前記前方眼胞壁可動的に噛み合うように設定される複数の前方部分、前記後方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定され、互いに分離された複数の後方部分、および前記複数の前方部分と前記複数の後方部分とそれぞれを結合する複数の湾曲部を含み、前記光学レンズに対して円周状に間隔をおいて配置される複数の部分と、前記光学レンズと可動的に連結され、前記複数の部分の前記複数の前方部分の端部と前記光学レンズの外縁とをそれぞれ接続して前記前方部分の端部から後方に前記光学レンズの外縁まで延びる複数の触角腕と、を備え、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品は、単一の一体構造で作られた一体構造体であり、前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品の、前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部に関して後方に配置されることを特徴とする。
さらに、本発明の人工水晶体は、実質的に人間の眼球の眼胞領域内である前方眼胞壁と後方眼胞壁の間に埋め込むための調節可能型人工水晶体であって、前面をかたちづくる前方の光学レンズと、この光学レンズと連結される、柔軟な、弾性のある光学レンズ位置決め部品と、を有し、該光学レンズ位置決め部品は、前記前方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定される複数の前方部分、前記後方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定され、互いに分離された複数の後方部分、および前記複数の前方部分と前記複数の後方部分とそれぞれを結合する複数の湾曲部を含み、前記光学レンズに対して円周状に間隔をおいて配置される複数の部分と、前記光学レンズと可動的に連結され、前記光学レンズの外縁と前記複数の部分の前記複数の湾曲部とをそれぞれ接続して両者の間に延びる、互いに分離された複数の触角腕と、を備え、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品は、単一の一体構造で作られた一体構造体であり、前記光学レンズが移動しても、前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品の、前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部に対して後方のオフセットした位置となるように、前記複数の触角腕が配置されることを特徴とする。
Claims (17)
- 実質的に人間の眼球の眼胞領域内である前方眼胞壁と後方眼胞壁の間に埋め込むための調節可能型人工水晶体であって、
前面をかたちづくる前方の光学レンズと、
この光学レンズと連結される、柔軟な、弾性のある光学レンズ位置決め部品と、を有し、
該光学レンズ位置決め部品は、
前記前方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定される複数の前方部分、前記後方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定され、互いに分離された複数の後方部分、および前記複数の前方部分と前記複数の後方部分とそれぞれを結合する複数の湾曲部を含み、前記光学レンズに対して円周状に間隔をおいて配置される複数の部分と、
前記光学レンズと可動的に連結され、前記光学レンズの外縁と前記複数の部分の前記複数の後方部分の端部とをそれぞれ接続して両者の間に延びる、互いに分離された複数の触角腕と、を備え、
前記光学レンズ位置決め部品は、単一の一体構造で作られた一体構造体であり、
前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品の、前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部に関して後方に配置されることを特徴とする人工水晶体。 - 前記触角腕の一方の端部は、それぞれ前記光学レンズの外縁に所定角度で前記光学レンズの半径方向に傾斜して結合され、前記触角腕の他方の端部は、前記後方部分に所定角度で結合される請求項1に記載の人工水晶体。
- 前記複数の前方部分は、互いに分離されており、前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部は、自由端であり、
前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズが移動しても、前記複数の自由端に対して後方のオフセットした位置となるように、前記複数の触角腕が配置される請求項1または2に記載の人工水晶体。 - 前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部は、連続的に取り付けられた連続部分によって連続的に繋がっており、前記連続部分は、それを通る環状の前方開口部を備え、
前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズが移動しても、前記環状の前方開口部に対して後方のオフセットした位置となるように、前記複数の触角腕が配置される請求項1または2に記載の人工水晶体。 - 実質的に人間の眼球の眼胞領域内である前方眼胞壁と後方眼胞壁の間に埋め込むための調節可能型人工水晶体であって、
前面を与える前方の光学レンズと、
この光学レンズと連結される、柔軟な、弾性のある光学レンズ位置決め部品と、を有し、
該光学レンズ位置決め部品は、
前記前方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定される複数の前方部分、前記後方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定され、互いに分離された複数の後方部分、および前記複数の前方部分と前記複数の後方部分とそれぞれを結合する複数の湾曲部を含み、前記光学レンズに対して円周状に間隔をおいて配置される複数の部分と、
前記光学レンズと可動的に連結され、前記複数の部分の前記複数の前方部分の端部と前記光学レンズの外縁とをそれぞれ接続して前記前方部分の端部から後方に前記光学レンズの外縁まで延びる複数の触角腕と、を備え、
前記光学レンズ位置決め部品は、単一の一体構造で作られた一体構造体であり、
前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品の、前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部に関して後方に配置されることを特徴とする人工水晶体。 - 前記触角腕の一方の端部は、前記光学レンズの外縁に結合され、前記触角腕の他方の端部は、前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記前方部分の端部に結合され、前記複数の触角腕は、前記光学レンズの光軸に平行な方向に配置される請求項5に記載の人工水晶体。
- 前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部は、連続的に取り付けられた連続部分によって連続的に繋がっており、前記連続部分は、それを通る環状の前方開口部を備え、
前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズが移動しても、前記環状の前方開口部に対して後方のオフセットした位置となるように、前記複数の触角腕が配置される請求項5または6に記載の人工水晶体。 - 前記複数の触角腕は、前記連続部分の前記環状の開口部に沿って前記連続部分に連続的に連結された連続する環状の触角腕である請求項7に記載の人工水晶体。
- 実質的に人間の眼球の眼胞領域内である前方眼胞壁と後方眼胞壁の間に埋め込むための調節可能型人工水晶体であって、
前面をかたちづくる前方の光学レンズと、
この光学レンズと連結される、柔軟な、弾性のある光学レンズ位置決め部品と、を有し、
該光学レンズ位置決め部品は、
前記前方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定される複数の前方部分、前記後方眼胞壁と可動的に噛み合うように設定され、互いに分離された複数の後方部分、および前記複数の前方部分と前記複数の後方部分とそれぞれを結合する複数の湾曲部を含み、前記光学レンズに対して円周状に間隔をおいて配置される複数の部分と、
前記光学レンズと可動的に連結され、前記光学レンズの外縁と前記複数の部分の前記複数の湾曲部とをそれぞれ接続して両者の間に延びる、互いに分離された複数の触角腕と、を備え、
前記光学レンズ位置決め部品は、単一の一体構造で作られた一体構造体であり、
前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品の、前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部に関して後方に配置されることを特徴とする人工水晶体。 - 前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の前方部分の端部は、連続的に取り付けられた連続部分によって連続的に繋がっており、前記連続部分は、それを通る環状の前方開口部を備え、
前記光学レンズ全体が、前記光学レンズが移動しても、前記環状の前方開口部に対して後方のオフセットした位置となるように、前記複数の触角腕が配置される請求項9に記載の人工水晶体。 - 前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の後方部分端部は、連続的に取り付けられた連続部分によって連続的に繋がっており、前記連続部分は、それを通る環状の後方開口部を備える請求項5〜10のいずれか1項に記載の人工水晶体。
- さらに、前記光学レンズ位置決め部品と連結される後部光学レンズを含み、前記湾曲部と結合されていない前記複数の後方部分端部は、前記後部光学レンズの外縁に結合される請求項5〜10のいずれか1項に記載の人工水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズの前面が、凸型をかたちづくる請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の人工水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズが、それを貫通する開口部を有する請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の人工水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品が、変形可能な合成樹脂材料で形成される請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の人工水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品が、シリコン類、アクリレート類、およびこれらの混合物を含む群から選択される材料で形成される請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の人工水晶体。
- 前記光学レンズ位置決め部品が、弾性記憶を持つ材料で形成される請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の人工水晶体。
