Claims (19)

(b)前記中空本体の前記第2の端部に隣接して配置されるハンダカップ(34)であって、前記中空本体の前記第2の端部に対して末端にフレア部分(36)を有するハンダカップとを具備する、電気接点。 - 前記中空本体の前記第2の端部が、ワイヤストップ(32)をさらに具備する、請求項1に記載の電気接点。
- 前記中空本体の長さに沿って、前記接点部材が凹状であり、前記接点部材が凸面である外面を有する、請求項1に記載の電気接点。
- 前記中空本体が前記長手軸に沿って配置される少なくとも1つの継ぎ目を有し、前記継ぎ目が前記細長いスロットから延在する、請求項1に記載の電気接点。
- 前記フレア部分が位置決めアームである、請求項1に記載の電気接点。
- 前記コネクタが銅およびベリリウム銅からなる群から選択される金属である、請求項1に記載の電気接点。
- 前記金属がニッケル、クロムおよび金からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料によって被覆される、請求項6に記載の電気接点。
- 長さが約0.1〜0.5インチ(2.5〜12.7mm)であり、前記本体の前記第1の端部における前記開口部が約0.1〜0.4インチ(2.5〜10.2mm)の外径を有する、請求項1に記載の電気接点。
- 長手軸を有する電気接点であって、前記接点が
(a)第1の端部および第2の端部を有し、前記第1の端部が有界開口部を有する実質的に管状の中空本体であって、前記本体が少なくとも2つの細長いスロットおよび少なくとも2つの接点部材を有し、前記細長いスロットおよび前記接点部材が前記長手軸に沿って配置され、少なくとも1つの前記接点部材が複合曲線を有する中空本体と、
(b)前記中空本体の前記第2の端部に隣接して配置されるハンダカップ(34)と、を具備し、
(c)前記電気接点が打抜かれ、金属基板から成形される電気接点。 - 前記金属が銅およびベリリウム銅合金からなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の電気接点。
- 前記金属がニッケル、クロムおよび金からなる群から選択される材料によって被覆される、請求項10に記載の電気接点。
- 前記ハンダカップがスズ−鉛合金によって被覆される、請求項10に記載の電気接点。
- 前記金属基板が約0.001〜0.010インチ(0.025〜0.25mm)の厚さを有する、請求項9に記載の電気接点。
- 前記中空本体の長さに沿って、前記接点部材が凹状であり、前記接点部材が凸面である外面を有する、請求項9に記載のコネクタの電気接点。
- 同軸ケーブル(40)に実装され、導電シェルに配置される電気接点を具備し、
前記電気接点が、長手軸を有すると共に、(i)第1の端部および第2の端部を有し、前記第1の端部が有界開口部を有する実質的に管状の中空本体であって、前記長手軸に沿って配置される少なくとも2つの細長いスロットおよび少なくとも2つの接点部材を有し、少なくとも1つの前記接点部材が複合曲線を有する中空本体と、(ii)前記中空本体の前記第2の端部に隣接して配置されるハンダカップであって、前記中空本体の前記第2の端部に対して末端に少なくとも1つのフレア部分を有するハンダカップと、を具備し、
前記同軸ケーブルが、中央の信号導体、前記中央の信号導体の周囲に巻き付けられるフィラメント、前記中央の信号導体および前記フィラメントを包囲するコアチューブ、前記コアチューブを保護する少なくとも1層の金属ワイヤおよび前記金属ワイヤを包囲する外装を具備し、
前記電気接点における前記フレア部分が前記同軸ケーブルの前記コアチューブに当接し、前記同軸ケーブル中の前記中央の信号導体が前記電気接点の前記ハンダカップの少なくとも一部に配置される終端処理された電気コネクタ。 - 前記導電シェルが長手軸、前記シェルの一部に配置される開口部および絶縁層を有し、前記電気接点が前記導電シェルの内側に配置され、前記電気接点の前記長手軸が前記導電シェルの前記長手軸と平行であり、前記導電シェルにおける前記開口部が前記電気接点における前記有界開口部と一直線を成すようになっている、請求項15に記載の終端処理された電気コネクタ。
- 前記導電シェルの前記開口部と摺動可能に係合される信号ピンをさらに具備し、前記信号ピンが前記電気接点の前記接点部材と接触して偏向し、前記接点部材が実質的に直線を成すようになっている、請求項16に記載の終端処理された電気コネクタ。
- 前記電気接点が銅およびベリリウム銅合金からなる群から選択される金属である、請求項17に記載の終端処理された電気コネクタ。
- 前記金属がニッケルと、金と、スズおよび鉛の合金とからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料によって被覆される、請求項18に記載の終端処理された電気コネクタ。
