Abstract
【解決手段】 駆動ディスク(7)、液体摩擦クラッチ(11)および駆動軸(3)からなるドライブトレインを備えた、自動車のための内燃機関の冷却剤循環用の冷却剤ポンプ(2)または他のサブアグリゲートを駆動する。切替えクラッチとして、液体摩擦クラッチ(11)に対して並列にドライブトレイン内へ接続可能な第2のクラッチ(15)を設ける。冷却剤ポンプが内燃機関によってベルトディスクを介して(機械的に)駆動され、冷却剤ポンプ(2)は、第1の段階においては減少された回転数によって、第2の段階においては減少されない回転数によって駆動され、かつ一方の段階から他方の段階への切替えが、内燃機関のパラメータに従って行われる。

Claims (12)
- 駆動ディスク(7)、液体摩擦クラッチ(11)および駆動軸(3)からなるドライブトレインを備えた、自動車のための内燃機関の冷却剤循環用の冷却剤ポンプ(2)または他のサブアグリゲートを駆動する装置において、
切替えクラッチとして形成されて、液体摩擦クラッチ(11)に対して並列にドライブトレイン内へ接続可能な、第2のクラッチ(15)を特徴とする、冷却剤ポンプを駆動する装置。 - 切替えクラッチが、電磁クラッチ(15)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 液体摩擦クラッチ(11)と電磁クラッチ(15)が、それぞれ駆動ディスク(7)によって駆動可能な連動ディスク(9、10;9’、10’)を有しており、それら連動ディスクがベルトディスク(7)のウェブ(7b)の両側において駆動軸(3b、23、25a)上に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 液体摩擦クラッチ(11)の連動ディスク(9、9’)は、作業室(13)内に回転可能に配置されており、前記作業室が駆動ディスク(7)、そのウェブ(7a)およびカバー(12、27)によって形成されて、粘性の液体によって満たされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 電磁クラッチ(15)は、位置固定の磁気コイル(16、17)、ベルトディスク(7)と結合された磁束案内リング(19)および磁気接極子(20)を有しており、前記磁気接極子が板ばね(21)を介して軸方向に移動可能、しかし相対回動不能に、連動ディスク(10)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 駆動軸(3、25)が、軸受ハウジング(5)内に回転可能に軸承されており、前記駆動軸の従動側の軸端部(3a)に冷却剤ポンプホィール(2)が、そしてその駆動側の端部(3b;25a、23)には連動ディスク(9、10;9’、10’)が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 電磁クラッチ(15)がベルトディスク(7)と冷却剤ポンプホィール(2)の間に配置されており、磁気コイル(16、17)が軸受ハウジング(5)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 駆動ディスクがベルトディスク(7)として形成されて、液体摩擦クラッチ(11’)および電磁クラッチ(15)の回転する(位置固定でない)部分と共に駆動ユニット(22)として形成されており、前記駆動ユニットが予め組み立てられて、軸軸(25、25a)上に差し込み可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 駆動ユニット(22)が、中空軸(23)上に取り付けられて、中空軸(23)を介して中央のねじボルト(24)によって駆動軸(25a、25)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 自動車の内燃機関の冷却剤循環のための冷却剤ポンプの回転数を制御する方法であって、
冷却剤ポンプが内燃機関によってベルトディスクを介して(機械的に)駆動され、
冷却剤ポンプ(2)は、第1の段階においては減少された回転数によって駆動され、かつ第2の段階においては減少されない回転数によって駆動され、かつ
一方の段階から他方の段階への切替えが、内燃機関のパラメータに従って行われることを特徴とする冷却剤ポンプの回転数を制御する方法。 - 段階1から段階2への切替えは、以下のパラメータ:
冷却剤温度、
エンジンオイル温度、
エンジントルク(負荷トルク)、
冷却剤温度に対するエンジン出力の比、
エンジン回転数に対するエンジン出力の比
のための限界値を上回った場合に行われることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - エンジン回転数のための限界値を上回った場合に、段階2から段階1への切替えが行われることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の方法。
