Abstract
【課題】紫外線濾過および防爆機能を有するナイトランプ膜を提供する。
【解決手段】本発明は一種の紫外線濾過および防爆機能を有するナイトランプ膜に関わるもので、灯体の表面に透明層を覆う。この透明層は蓄光粉を設け、灯体の発光により、灯体より発生するエネルギーを吸収しておき、灯体を消灯した後、この蓄光粉はエネルギーを解放し、光を出して、照明の補助効果を有する。この蓄光粉は、有害紫外線またはその他短い波長の有害輻射線を吸収し、有害輻射線の濾過膜として使用できる。さらに、この蓄光粉は人体に害する紫外線を可視光に変換し、短い波長をレッドシフトさせ、短い波長が人体に対する危害を改善できるほか、可視光の照度を向上できる。さらに、灯体が割れたとき、この表面に覆う透明層は灯体外部のガラス割れにより、飛散しないため、事故の発生を減少できる。

Description
本発明は照明灯具、特に一種の補助照明灯具に関わるもので、蓄光粉を利用した補助照明または電球の紫外線光線を遮断できる。
通常、ランプマスクにより、灯体を被せるが、しかし、灯体を支えるランプマスクが必要である。
主灯を消灯した後、補助照明効果を得るため、通常、ナイトランプを取り付ける。

あらに、従来の灯具は紫外線を濾過するため、一般として真空蒸着膜により、フィルタを使用する。しかし、これは非常に高価である。この周波数帯のフィルタは干渉技術を利用し、人体に害する紫外線を濾過するものであり、灯体にとって、エネルギーが損失される。また、濾過された紫外線を有効な可視光に置き換えることができない。

本発明の次の目的は、透明層を灯体外部に覆い、灯体が割れたときの破片を吸着し、灯体外部のガラス破片は灯体の破裂により飛散することなく、災害を軽減する一種の紫外線濾過および防爆機能のナイトランプ膜を提供する。
本発明のさらに一つの目的は、蓄光粉は紫外線またはさらに短い波長の輻射線を吸収し、エネルギーレベルが触発される源とする。よって、紫外線またはさらに短い波長の輻射の目と肌に対する危害性を軽減し、可視光の照度を向上させ、エネルギーをより有効に利用できる一種の紫外線濾過および防爆機能のナイトランプ膜を提供する。
請求項1の発明は、一種の紫外線濾過および防爆機能を有するナイトランプ膜であり、灯体及び透明層を包含し、
透明層は灯体の外部を覆い、この透明層に蓄光粉を設けることを特徴とする、紫外線濾過および防爆機能を有するナイトランプ膜としている。

本発明は一種の紫外線濾過および防爆機能のナイトランプ膜を提供する。透明層を灯体外部に覆い、この透明層に蓄光粉を設け、灯体より発光するとき、蓄光粉は灯体より発生するエネルギーを吸収し、灯体が消灯した後、蓄光粉はエネルギーの放出による輝度で、補助照明を提供できる。透明層を灯体外部に覆い、灯体が割れたときの破片を吸着し、灯体外部のガラス破片は灯体の破裂により飛散することなく、災害を軽減する。紫外線またはさらに短い波長の輻射の目と肌に対する危害性を軽減し、可視光の照度を向上させ、エネルギーをより有効に利用できる。
図1に示すものは、本発明の好ましい実施例における構造概略図である。本発明は灯体10の外部に透明層20を覆い、この透明層20に蓄光粉30を設け、透明層20は高分子材料を使用する。
灯体10外部は透明層20によって覆われているため、外力などにより、灯体10が割れたとき、透明層20は灯体10の破片をつかみ、灯体10外部のガラス破片は散り飛ばす事故を軽減できる。
さらに、透明層20に蓄光粉30を設けることにより、灯体10が発光するとき、蓄光粉30は灯体10より発生するエネルギーを吸収し、灯体10を消灯した後、蓄光粉30はエネルギーを解放し、光を出して、照明の補助効果を有する。
図2に示すものは、蓄光粉30の粉体顆粒32の構造概略図である。この粉体顆粒32はセラミック34類のボーキサイト・セラミック(bauxite ceramic)、チタン酸塩・セラミック(titanate ceramic)、ジルコン塩酸セラミックス(zirconate ceramic)、炭化けい素(silicon carbide)セラミック、キン青石(iolite)セラミック、酸化ベリリウム(beryllium oxide)セラミック、窒化シリコン(silicon nitride)セラミックなどを用いて、蓄光粉30の粉体顆粒32から水気を遮る。
蓄光粉30は紫外線またはより短い波長の輻射線を吸収し、エネルギーレベル触発源とする。よって、蓄光粉30は人体に危害する紫外線またはより短い波長の輻射線に対して、濾過効果を働き、紫外線またはより短い波長の輻射線が目と肌に対する危害を軽減できる。
さらに、蓄光粉30は人体に危害する紫外線を可視光に変換し、波長の長い輻射線をレッドシフト(波長の短いものを長い波長にシフトする)できるため、波長輻射の人体に対する危害を改善できるほか、可視光の照度を向上させ、エネルギーをより有効に利用できる。
よって、本発明は従来のナイトランプに取り代ることができる。特に夜間または暗いところや停電のとき、本発明の透明層20はペンキ、転写、ロール印刷、スクリーンプリント、押し出しまたは射出成型ブッシュなどの方式により透明層20を灯体10の外部に被覆しても良い。透明層20を製造するとき、あらかじめ高分子原料などを蓄光粉30に加えて、透明層20と十分に混合してから、ペンキ、転写、ロール印刷、スクリーンプリント、押し出しまたは射出成型ブッシュなどの方式により蓄光材料を含めた電球被膜を仕上げる。
本発明のさらに一つの実施例は、図3と図4に示すとおり、透明層30は蓄光粉20を覆い、または透明層30によって蓄光粉20を覆う。もしくは灯体10材料に蓄光粉20を加わる。
灯体10より発生する光源は点滅光源のため、本発明は蓄光粉20を使用し、蓄光粉20によって吸収し光源を発生させ、灯体10に蓄光粉20より発生する光源と混合し、連続発光させる。
