Abstract
地合いが良好で、かつ古紙パルプが高率配合された原料パルプを表層に用いても演色の問題が少ない白ライナーを提供する。
【解決手段】
少なくとも紙料調成工程と、抄紙工程とを経て単層又は複数層の紙層を有するように抄紙される白ライナーの製造方法において、紙料調成工程で、表層用のパルプスラリーに蛍光消去剤を連続添加し、この蛍光消去剤の添加量は、抄紙工程を経た後の白ライナーの表層面の蛍光強度の測定結果に基づいて随時調整する。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも紙料調成工程と、抄紙工程とを経て単層又は複数層の紙層を有するように抄紙される白ライナーの製造方法において、前記紙料調成工程で、表層用のパルプスラリーに蛍光消去剤が連続添加されており、該蛍光消去剤の添加量が、前記抄紙工程を経た後の前記白ライナーの表層面の蛍光強度の測定結果に基づいて、随時調整されていることを特徴とする白ライナーの製造方法。
- 前記蛍光消去剤は、前記表層用のパルプスラリーが滞留時間を有する箇所に添加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の白ライナーの製造方法。
- 前記表層用のパルプスラリーに、古紙パルプを50重量%以上配合し、灰分を15重量%以上含有させたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の白ライナーの製造方法。
- 前記蛍光強度は、マクベスカラーアナライザーにより測定したUV−IN−BRTとUV−OUT−BRTとの差であり、該蛍光強度は10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の製造方法により製造された白ライナー。
