Abstract
【解決手段】上下両端を開口部2、3とし蒸気配管、真空配管等を接続しない耐圧筒体1を、上下両端の開口部2、3を密閉して内部に収納した被洗浄物4の減圧浸漬洗浄、減圧蒸気洗浄または減圧乾燥を行う場合の減圧に耐え得る耐圧強度とする。また、耐圧筒体1の上下両端の開口部2、3は、耐圧蓋体11、12にて開閉可能に密閉可能とし、この耐圧蓋体11、12に減圧機構114及びまたは蒸気発生機構15を接続する。

Claims (6)
- 上下両端を開口部とし、この開口部を耐圧蓋体にて開放可能に被覆密閉し蒸気供給配管及び減圧配管を接続しない耐圧筒体内に、被洗浄物を収納し被洗浄物の減圧浸漬洗浄、減圧蒸気洗浄または減圧乾燥を行うことを特徴とする被洗浄物の洗浄方法。
- 上下両端を開口部とし蒸気供給配管及び減圧配管を接続しない耐圧筒体と、この耐圧筒体の上下両端の開口部を密閉可能とする耐圧蓋体とからなり、耐圧筒体を、耐圧蓋体で密閉し内部に収納した被洗浄物の減圧浸漬洗浄、減圧蒸気洗浄または減圧乾燥を行う場合の減圧に耐え得る耐圧強度としたことを特徴とする被洗浄物の洗浄装置。
- 耐圧蓋体は、減圧機構及びまたは蒸気発生機構を接続して成る事を特徴とする請求項1の被洗浄物の洗浄方法。
- 耐圧蓋体は、減圧機構及びまたは蒸気発生機構を接続して成る事を特徴とする請求項2の被洗浄物の洗浄装置。
- 耐圧筒体は、被洗浄物を載置可能で洗浄液の流通が可能な載置部を内部に設置した事を事を特徴とする請求項1又は3の被洗浄物の洗浄方法。
- 耐圧筒体は、被洗浄物を載置可能で洗浄液の流通が可能な載置部を内部に設置した事を事を特徴とする請求項2又は4の被洗浄物の洗浄装置。
