Abstract
【解決手段】不連続線形駆動装置は案内部品と係合手段とを含む。係合手段は、案内部品によって駆動され案内される部材中に、それぞれの可動係合部品によって少なくとも2箇所で係合する。駆動される部材は、相変換効果および動いた係合部品の係合を解除することによって駆動される。

Claims (12)
- 駆動される部材を案内する案内部品と、それぞれ線形に移動可能な係合部品によって少なくとも2箇所で部材に係合されるようにされた係合手段とを含み、相変換効果および可動係合部品の係合の解除によって案内された部材を駆動する不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記少なくとも2個の係合部品の各々が、係合部材と、その互いに異なる位置が係合をもたらしまたは開放するクランプ部材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記2個の係合部品の各々が、係合部材と、離れた位置の場合に係合状態を確立し、互いに接近した位置の場合に係合状態を開放するクランプ部材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記係合手段の前記少なくとも2個の係合部品が、駆動手段によって動かされることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記駆動手段が、動作制御手段または前記少なくとも2個の係合部品全体を動かし、係合部品の部材の互いの位置を変化させる接続部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記駆動手段が、カラー形状の設計を有し、管状部品としてかつ同品に関して同心に形成された案内部品の周りを回転可能に支持され、前記少なくとも2個の係合部品の両方を動かして、動作制御手段またはカラー形状駆動手段に配置された接続部材によってその状態を変化させることを特徴とする請求項4記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記動作制御手段が、前記カラー形状駆動手段の内周縁部周辺に形成された複数のカム曲線の形であり、対応する形状の滑り部分、好ましくは係合部材および同一の係合部品のクランプ部材の止め金に滑り係合していることを特徴とする請求項6記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記係合部材が、環状部分とクランプ部分を含み、該クランプ部分は複数の楔形状で曲げ可能なクランプ指の形であり、環状部分に対して軸方向に突出し、それらの楔形状設計によって環状部分に対して僅かに放射状外向きに曲げられることを特徴とする請求項7記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記クランプ部材が、環状形状を有し、その内周縁部に複数の溝が設けられ、その中に前記係合部材の複数の楔形状止め金が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記管状部品が、複数の窪み、好ましくはその周縁部に分配された管状部品の一部に配置された長手スリットとしての形の案内手段を有し、前記係合部材の複数の楔形状クランプ指が前記窪みの中に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 完全に射出成型で製造されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
- 前記管状部品として形成される案内部品によって案内される部材が、線形駆動によって駆動される内視鏡軸を含む外転管構造であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不連続線形駆動装置。
