Abstract
【解決手段】主軸6を支持する筒状のラム14はクロススライド13に形成されたラム案内穴13a内に挿入され、該ラム14の外周面下側部分にはV字状の被支持面14d,14dが形成され、各被支持面14dは、上記クロススライド13のラム案内穴13aの内周面に形成されたV字状の支持面22a,22aに搭載されてZ軸方向位置が自動調心されている。

Claims (8)
- ベッド上に配設された主軸をX軸,Y軸,Z軸方向に移動可能に支持する主軸支持機構を備えた工作機械において、上記主軸支持機構は、上記ベッド上に配置されたコラムによりサドルを介してZ軸(左右)及びX軸(上下)方向に移動可能に支持されたクロススライドと、該クロススライドによりY軸方向に移動可能に支持され、上記主軸を支持する筒状のラムとを備えており、該ラムは上記クロススライドに形成されたラム案内穴内に摺動可能に挿入され、該ラムの外周面下側には被支持面が形成され、上記クロススライドのラム案内穴の内周面下側には上記被支持面をY軸方向に摺動可能に支持する支持面が形成され、該支持面と上記被支持面とは上記ラムのZ軸方向位置を自動調心するよう構成されていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項1において、上記ラムの外周面上側には被押圧面が形成され、上記クロススライドのラム案内穴の内周面上側には上記被押圧面を摺動可能に押圧する押圧面が形成されていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項2において、上記ラムの外周面は多角形をなし、そのうちの下側2辺がV字状の上記被支持面を構成し、残りのうちの上側2辺がV字状の被押圧面を構成しており、上記クロススライドのラム案内穴の内周面下側,上側にV字状の支持面,押圧面がそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項2又は3において、上記クロススライドは、上記サドルに支持される平盤部と、上記ラム案内穴を有する筒状のラム支持部とを一体形成したものであり、該ラム案内穴の内周面に、上記支持面を構成するスライドプレート及び上記押圧面を構成する押圧プレートが設けられていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項4において、上記スライドプレートは、Y軸方向に厚さが一定の平行プレートにより構成されており、上記押圧プレートは、Y軸方向に勾配を有するベースプレートとライナプレートとにより構成されていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項4において、上記スライドプレートは上記ラム支持部のラム案内穴の内周面に一体形成されていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項4ないし6の何れかにおいて、上記スライドプレート及び押圧プレートはそれぞれ上記ラム支持部の軸線方向両端部に配置されており、上記ラムの重心は該ラムの全ストロークに渡って上記ラム支持部の両端部間に常に位置していることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項1において、上記主軸はラムの軸線と直角方向を向けて装着された工具主軸を備えており、該工具主軸はY軸回りに回転割り出し可能に支持されていることを特徴とする工作機械。
