Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るプラズマ表示装置は、第1ノードを経由してスキャン電極にサステイン電圧と基底電圧を供給するための第1電圧供給部と、前記第1ノードと分離された第2ノードを経由して前記スキャン電極にセットアップ電圧を供給するための第2電圧供給部と、前記第1及び第2ノードと分離された第3ノードを経由して前記スキャン電極に負極性電圧を供給するための第3電圧供給部と、前記第1乃至第3ノードと分離された第4ノードを経由して前記スキャン電極にスキャンバイアス電圧を供給するための第4電圧供給部と、前記第2ノードと第3電圧供給部との間に接続された電源と、を備える。

Claims (20)
- 第1ノードを経由してスキャン電極にサステイン電圧と基底電圧を供給するための第1電圧供給部と、
前記第1ノードと分離された第2ノードを経由して前記スキャン電極にセットアップ電圧を供給するための第2電圧供給部と、
前記第1及び第2ノードと分離された第3ノードを経由して前記スキャン電極に負極性電圧を供給するための第3電圧供給部と、
前記第1乃至第3ノードと分離された第4ノードを経由して前記スキャン電極にスキャンバイアス電圧を供給するための第4電圧供給部と、
前記第2ノードと第3電圧供給部との間に接続された電源と、
を備えることを特徴とするプラズマ表示装置。 - 前記電源の正極性端子は前記第2ノードに接続され、
前記電源の負極性端子は前記第3電圧供給部の電源入力ノードに接続され、
前記第3電圧供給部は、前記電源の負極性端子と前記第3ノードとの間に並列接続された第6及び第7スイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマ表示装置。 - 前記第1ノードと前記第2ノードとの間に接続される第3スイッチ素子と、
前記第2ノードと前記第3ノードとの間に接続される第5スイッチ素子と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマ表示装置。 - 前記第4電圧供給部は、前記第3ノードと前記第4ノードとの間に接続される第8スイッチ素子と、
スキャンバイアス電圧を発生するスキャンバイアス電圧源と前記第4ノードとの間に接続される第9スイッチ素子と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプラズマ表示装置。 - 前記第3電圧供給部は、前記第6スイッチ素子に接続されて前記スキャン電極に供給されるセットダウン波形の傾きを調整するための可変抵抗及びキャパシタを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプラズマ表示装置。
- 第1ノードを経由してスキャン電極にサステイン電圧と基底電圧を供給するための第1電圧供給部と、
前記第1ノードと分離された第2ノードを経由して前記スキャン電極にセットアップ電圧を供給するための第2電圧供給部と、
前記第1及び第2ノードと分離された第3ノードを経由して前記スキャン電極に負極性電圧を供給するための第3電圧供給部と、
前記第1乃至第3ノードと分離された第4ノードを経由して前記スキャン電極にスキャンバイアス電圧を供給するための第4電圧供給部と、
前記第1ノードと前記第3電圧供給部との間に接続された電源と、
を備えることを特徴とするプラズマ表示装置。 - 前記電源の正極性端子は前記第1ノードに接続され、
前記電源の負極性端子は前記第3電圧供給部の電源入力ノードに接続され、
前記第3電圧供給部は前記電源の負極性端子と前記第3ノードとの間に並列接続された第6及び第7スイッチと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプラズマ表示装置。 - 前記第1ノードと前記第2ノードとの間に接続される第3スイッチ素子と、
前記第2ノードと前記第3ノードとの間に接続される第4スイッチ素子と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプラズマ表示装置。 - 前記第3電圧供給部は前記第6スイッチ素子に接続されて前記スキャン電極に供給されるセットダウン波形の傾きを調整するための可変抵抗及びキャパシタを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のプラズマ表示装置。
- 前記第4ノード及び前記第3ノードからの電圧を前記スキャン電極に供給するためのスイッチ駆動回路を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプラズマ表示装置。
- 電極にサステイン電圧と基底電圧を供給するための第1電圧供給部と、
前記電極にセットアップ電圧を供給するための第2電圧供給部と、
前記電極に負極性電圧を供給するための第3電圧供給部と、
前記電極にスキャンバイアス電圧を供給するための第4電圧供給部と、
前記第1乃至第4電圧供給部からの電圧を前記電極に供給するスイッチ駆動回路と、
前記第1電圧供給部の出力ノードと前記第2電圧供給部の出力ノードの中、いずれかの1つのノードに正極性端子が接続され、第3電圧供給部の電源入力端子に負極性端子が接続された電源を備えることを特徴とするプラズマ表示装置。 - 前記第3電圧供給部は、前記電源の負極性端子と前記第3ノードとの間に並列接続された第6及び第7スイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプラズマ表示装置。
- 前記第3電圧供給部は、前記第6スイッチ素子に接続されて前記スキャン電極に供給されるセットダウン波形の傾きを調整するための可変抵抗及びキャパシタを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のプラズマ表示装置。
- スキャン電極に駆動波形による電圧を供給するためのプラズマディスプレイパネルのスキャン駆動部であって、
入力端子と出力端子を有し、前記スキャン電極に負極性電圧を供給する第1電圧回路と、
正極性端子と、前記第1電圧回路の入力端子に接続される負極性端子とを含んだ電源とを備え、
前記電源により前記第1電圧回路の出力端子と入力端子との間の電圧差が固定されたことを特徴とするスキャン駆動部。 - 前記第1電圧回路は、第1スイッチと前記第1スイッチに接続された可変抵抗とを備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のスキャン駆動部。
- 前記第1電圧回路は、前記可変抵抗により一定の傾きで前記負極性電圧まで減少する電圧を前記スキャン電極に供給することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のスキャン駆動部。
- 前記負極性電圧は、リセット期間の間、前記第1スイッチを経由して前記第1電圧回路により供給されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のスキャン駆動部。
- 前記第1電圧回路は、前記第1スイッチと並列に接続された第2スイッチを更に備え、前記第2スイッチを経由して前記スキャン電極に前記負極性電圧を供給することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のスキャン駆動部。
- 前記負極性電圧は、アドレス期間の間、前記第2スイッチを経由して前記第1電圧回路により供給されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のスキャン駆動部。
- サステイン電圧と基底電圧を前記スキャン電極に供給するための第2電圧回路と、
前記スキャン電極にセットアップ電圧を供給するための第3電圧回路と、
前記スキャン電極にスキャンバイアス電圧を供給するための第4電圧回路と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のスキャン駆動部。
