Abstract
【解決手段】 走行減速機1は、油圧モータ(図示せず)に接続された駆動軸2と、駆動軸2の回転を減速する遊星歯車機構3,4,5と、円錐ころ軸受6によりハウジング7に回転自在に支持された回転ドラム8と、回転ドラム8に固定されたスプロケット9とを備える。また、円錐ころ軸受6は、内輪と、外輪と、内輪および外輪の間に配置された円錐ころと、円錐ころの間隔を保持する樹脂により形成された保持器とを備える。

図4によると、従来の金属製保持器は10万回に至る前に破損したのに対して、本発明に係る樹脂製保持器は、36万回を越えてもなお破損は見られなかった。これにより、本発明に係る樹脂製保持器は、従来の金属製保持器と比べて耐衝撃性が大きく向上したことが確認された。
ラジアル荷重 :49±9.8kN(10Hz)
アキシアル荷重:0±14.7kN(1Hz)
運転時間 :2120時間
風速 :10m/s
上記試験後、樹脂製保持器および金属製保持器の摩耗による摩耗粉の量を計測したところ、金属製保持器については、1.03wt%であったのに対し、樹脂製保持器は0.02wt%であった。
Claims (6)
- 駆動軸と、
スプロケットと、
前記駆動軸の回転を減速して前記スプロケットに伝達する減速機構と、
前記スプロケットを支持する円錐ころ軸受とを備える、建設機械用走行減速機のスプロケット支持構造において、
前記円錐ころ軸受は、内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪および前記外輪の間に配置された円錐ころと、樹脂により形成された保持器とを備えることを特徴とする、建設機械用走行減速機のスプロケット支持構造。 - 前記保持器は、ポリアミド66と、ガラス繊維とを含む繊維強化樹脂により形成された、請求項1に記載の建設機械用走行減速機のスプロケット支持構造。
- 前記保持器は、ポリアミド46と、ガラス繊維とを含む繊維強化樹脂により形成された、請求項1に記載の建設機械用走行減速機のスプロケット支持構造。
- 前記円錐ころを受け入れる隣接ポケット間に位置する前記保持器の柱部のポケット壁面は、前記円錐ころの外周面に接する曲面形状である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の建設機械用走行減速機のスプロケット支持構造。
- 前記円錐ころ軸受は、前記内輪および前記外輪の間に前記円錐ころが複列に配置された複列円錐ころ軸受である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の建設機械用走行減速機のスプロケット支持構造。
- 前記円錐ころ軸受は、左右の列の前記円錐ころの小径側端部を向かい合わせた背面組み合わせ軸受である、請求項5に記載の建設機械用走行減速機のスプロケット支持構造。
