Abstract
【解決手段】内輪2と、外輪3と、円すいころ4と、樹脂製の保持器5とを備えた円すいころ軸受1であって、内輪2に設けられた小鍔部2bの外周面2dと、保持器5の小径環状部16の内周面6aとによりラビリンスシール部11が形成される。

Description
(1) 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪の間を周方向に転動可能な複数の円すいころと、前記複数の円すいころを所定の間隔で保持する樹脂製の保持器とを備えた円すいころ軸受であって、
前記内輪の小鍔部の外周面と、前記保持器の小径環状部の内周面とによりラビリンスシール部が形成されることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。
(2) 前記小径環状部の前記内周面は、前記小鍔部の前記外周面と略平行であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の円すいころ軸受。
(3) 前記保持器の前記小径環状部の軸方向長さは、前記内輪の前記小鍔部の軸方向長さ以上であることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)に記載の円すいころ軸受。

Claims (3)
- 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪の間を周方向に転動可能な複数の円すいころと、前記複数の円すいころを所定の間隔で保持する樹脂製の保持器とを備えた円すいころ軸受であって、
前記内輪の小鍔部の外周面と、前記保持器の小径環状部の内周面とによりラビリンスシール部が形成されることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記小径環状部の前記内周面は、前記小鍔部の前記外周面と略平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器の前記小径環状部の軸方向長さは、前記内輪の前記小鍔部の軸方向長さ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の円すいころ軸受。
