Abstract
【解決手段】 Ni、Cu、Ti、Al、Ag或いはWを含む金属或いは合金金属の多孔体の柔性を利用して、該間隙に多孔体を挿入し、且つ挿入される多孔体をしてろう材の担持と併せて接合部を強化せしめることを特徴とする。

その結果、2本のチューブ3,3は上記実施例1と同様にNiとろう材とが金属的に接合して強固なろう付けがなされた(図2の(ロ))。

Claims (3)
- 金属或いは合金金属の多孔体の柔軟性を利用し、被ろう付け品の接合すべき箇所でしかも接合間隙を一定に保つことができないか又は適正な間隙に設定できない接合間に、該多孔体を挿入することを特徴とする金属或いは合金金属多孔体の利用方法。
- 挿入される該多孔体がろう材を担持する請求項1記載の金属多孔体の利用方法。
- 該多孔体がNi、Cu、Ti、Al、AgあるいはWを含む金属或いは合金金属よりなる請求項1又は2記載の金属多孔体の利用方法。
