Abstract
【解決手段】素地鋼板(1)上に,亜鉛又は亜鉛合金メッキ層(2),ノンクロメート層(3),及びエポキシ変性又はポリエステル変性プライマー下塗塗膜層(4)が順次形成され,主樹脂がポリエステル樹脂であり,架橋樹脂がメラミン樹脂であり,樹脂の架橋を促進する硬化促進剤,その他の添加剤,溶剤などを含む有色ベース塗膜層(5)を形成し,多様な色感及び立体感を表すプリント印刷層(6)と,その上層に表面の汚染物質から保護するクリア層(7)を付加する工程を含む,機能性及び意匠性が向上した片面エンボスカラー鋼板及びその製造方法に関する。

Claims (9)
- 素地鋼板(1);亜鉛又は亜鉛合金メッキ層(2);ノン−クロム酸塩又はクロム酸塩前処理層(3);数平均分子量が15,000〜25,000,ガラス転移温度(Tg)が10〜30℃で,OH値は5〜20のオイルフリーポリエステル,ポリイソシアネート,エポキシ,顔料,添加剤,溶剤を含む下塗塗膜層(4);数平均分子量が8,000〜20,000,ガラス転移温度(Tg)が20〜45℃で,OH値は15〜40のオイルフリーポリエステルとメラミンを反応させた変性オイルフリーポリエステル化合物,顔料,添加剤,溶剤を含む有色ベース塗膜層(5);プリント印刷層(6);及び上塗クリア層(7)を含む片面エンボスカラー鋼板。
- 前記下塗塗膜層の顔料は,ノン−クロム無毒性防錆顔料であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の片面エンボスカラー鋼板。
- 前記上塗クリア層の塗料は,数平均分子量が8,000〜20,000,ガラス転移温度(Tg)が20〜45℃で,OH値は15〜40のオイルフリーポリエステルとメラミンを反応させた変性オイルフリーポリエステル化合物,添加剤,溶剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の片面エンボスカラー鋼板。
- 前記添加剤は,p−トルエンスルホン酸(PTSA)の硬化促進剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の片面エンボスカラー鋼板。
- 前記プリント印刷層のインクが,粒子サイズ60μm以下のパール及びメタリックをさらに含むことを特徴する請求項1記載の片面エンボスカラー鋼板。
- 素地鋼板(1)に,電気メッキ又は溶融メッキ処理した亜鉛又は亜鉛合金メッキ層(2)を形成する段階;20〜80mpmのラインスピードでノン−クロム酸塩又はクロム酸塩を処理し,50〜150℃で乾燥し前処理層(3)を形成する段階;前記前処理層に数平均分子量が15,000〜25,000,ガラス転移温度(Tg)が10〜30℃で,OH値は5〜20のオイルフリーポリエステル,ポリイソシアネート,エポキシ,顔料,添加剤及び溶剤を含む下塗塗膜層(4)を形成する段階;数平均分子量が8,000〜20,000,ガラス転移温度(Tg)が20〜45℃で,OH値は15〜40のオイルフリーポリエステルとメラミンを反応させた変性オイルフリーポリエステル化合物,硬化促進剤,その他の添加剤,溶剤を含む上塗塗料をコーティングし,PMT190〜240℃で加熱及び乾燥し上塗塗膜層(5)を形成する段階;プリント印刷層(6)を形成する段階;及び,上塗クリア層(7)を形成する段階を含む,片面エンボスカラー鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記プリント層は,メッシュロールで印刷することを特徴とする請求項6記載の片面エンボスカラー鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記メッシュロールは,100〜200メッシュのロールであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の片面エンボスカラー鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記各塗料の塗装は,ピックアップロール(pick-up roll, P/R),メタリングロール(metering roll, M/R),コーティングロール(coating roll, C/R)を一列に傾斜して配置した3−ロールナチュラル(3-roll natural)法によることを特徴とする請求項6記載の片面エンボスカラー鋼板の製造方法。
