Claims (9)
- 소지강판(1); 아연 또는 아연합금 도금층(2); 논(non)-크롬산염 또는 크롬산염 전처리층(3); 수평균 분자량이 15,000-25,000이고, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 10~30℃이고 OH값은 5-20인 오일프리 폴리에스테르, 폴리이소시아네이트, 에폭시, 논-크롬(Non-Cr) 무독성 방청 안료, 첨가제, 용제를 포함하는 하도 도막층(4); 수평균 분자량이 8,000-20,000이고, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 20-45℃이고 OH값은 15-40인 오일프리 폴리에스테르와 멜라민을 반응시킨 변성 오일프리 폴리에스테르화합물, 안료, 첨가제, 용제을 포함하는 유색 베이스 도막층(5); 프린트 인쇄층(6); 및 상도 클리어층(7)을 포함하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판

- 제3항에 있어서, 첨가제는 p-톨루엔 설폰산(PTSA)인 경화촉진제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프린트층의 잉크가 입자크기 60 ㎛ 이하인 펄 및 메탈릭을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판
- 소지강판(1)에 전기도금 또는 용융도금 처리한 아연 또는 아연합금 도금층(2)을 형성하는 단계; 20 ~ 80mpm의 라인스피드(line speed)로 논(non)-크롬산염 또는 크롬산염을 처리하고 50 ~ 150℃에서 건조시켜 전처리층(3)을 형성시키는 단계; 상기 전처리층에 수평균 분자량이 15,000-25,000이고, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 10~30℃이고 OH값은 5~20인 오일프리 폴리에스테르, 폴리이소시아네이트, 에폭시, 논-크롬(Non-Cr) 무독성 방청 안료, 첨가제 및 용제를 포함하는 하도 도막층(4)를 형성하는 단계; 수평균 분자량이 8,000~20,000이고, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 20~45℃이고 OH값은 15~40인 오일프리 폴리에스테르와 멜라민을 반응시킨 변성 오일프리 폴리에스테르화합물, 경화촉진제, 기타 첨가제, 용제을 포함하는 상도 도료를 코팅하고 PMT 190 ~ 240℃로 가열 및 건조시켜 상도도막층(5)을 형성하는 단계; 100~200메쉬인 메쉬롤을 사용하여 프린트층(6)을 형성하는 단계; 및 상도 클리어층(7)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판의 제조방법
