Claims (2)
- 조질압연시 편면에만 엠보스를 부여한 공지의 소지강판(1) 상에, 도포형으로 크롬산염처리를 한 크롬산염층(2)을 20 - 80 mg/m2두께로 형성하고, 그 위에 수지로서 폴리에스테르수지 20 - 30 중량% 및 멜라민수지 3 - 5중량%, 안료로서 유기안료 2 - 5중량% 및 무기안료 5 - 35중량%, 첨가제로서 디포밍제 0.5 - 1.0중량% 및 레벨링제 0.5 - 1.0중량%, 그리고 용제로서 하이드로카본계 10 - 20중량%, 에스테르계 15 - 25중량%, 그리고 케톤계 5 - 10중량%를 포함하는 도료를, 프라이머 5 ∼10 ㎛, 상도는 15 ∼ 35㎛, 두께의 2층으로 이루어지는 제 1 및 제 2 폴리에스테르도막층(3, 4)으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판.
- 조질압연시 상,하의 작업롤 중 한 곳에 엠보스롤을 설치하여 이곳으로 강판을 통과시켜 소재의 편면만 엠보스를 부여하고, 도장라인에서 롤코팅 방법을 사용하여 크롬산염을 얇은 박막으로 도포한 후, PMT(peak metal temperature) 섭씨 60 - 140 온도에서 건조시켜 20 ∼ 80 mg/m2의 크롬산염층(2)을 형성시키는 크로메이트처리 공정과, 그리고 폴리에스테르 도료를 라인 속도 40 - 90 MPM으로서 롤코팅한 후, PMT 210 ∼ 241℃로 가열 및 건조시켜 프라이머 및 상도를 2층의 폴리에스테르도막층으로 형성시키는 공정을 포함하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판의 제조방법.
