Abstract
【解決手段】直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置200は、複数のプレート210、220が重なって形成されたプレートスタックを備え、前記プレートスタックは、液体燃料が入る取入れ口と、取入れ口からの上記液体燃料に下端が連結されるように形成された複数のマイクロチャンネルと、マイクロチャンネルの上端と連通されてマイクロチャンネルで蒸発したガス燃料を排出させる排出口と、を備え、プレートスタックの上部の外周で、マイクロチャンネルの上端に位置する部分に、マイクロチャンネル内の液体燃料を加熱するヒータ240とを設置する。

Claims (10)
- 複数のプレートが層状に重なって形成されたプレートスタックを備え,
前記プレートスタックは;
液体燃料が供給される取入れ口と;
前記取入れ口から供給された前記液体燃料に下端が連結されるように形成された細管状の複数のマイクロチャンネルと;
前記マイクロチャンネルの上端と連通されて,前記マイクロチャンネルに充填された前記液体燃料の蒸発により生成されたガス燃料が排出される排出口と;
を備え,
前記プレートスタックの外周で,かつ,前記マイクロチャンネルの上端に位置する高さに,前記マイクロチャンネルに充填された前記液体燃料を加熱するヒータが設置されたことを特徴とする,直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。 - 前記プレートスタックは;
外層を形成し,隣接する前記プレートとの接触面に前記複数のマイクロチャンネルが形成された二つの終端プレートと;
前記終端プレート間に設置され,両面にそれぞれ前記複数のマイクロチャンネルが形成された少なくとも一つの両面プレートと;
を備え,
前記終端プレートには,前記取入れ口を形成する取入れ部,および前記排出口を形成する排出部が形成されており,
前記両面プレートには,前記終端プレートの前記取入れ部に連結される取入れ部,および前記終端プレートの前記排出部に連結される排出部が形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。 - 前記終端プレートおよび前記両面プレートは,シリコンで製造されたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。
- 前記終端プレートおよび前記両面プレートは,高分子樹脂で製造されたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。
- 前記プレートの前記マイクロチャンネルは,圧出成形で形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。
- 液体燃料が供給される取入れ口と,前記液体燃料の蒸発により生成されたガス燃料が排出される排出口とが形成されたハウジングと;
内部に無数の孔隙を有し,前記ハウジング内を満たすように配置され,前記取入れ口から供給された前記液体燃料を吸収して孔隙内に保存する多孔性物質と;
前記ハウジングの外周に形成されて前記多孔性物質内に充填された前記液体燃料を加熱するヒータと;
を備えることを特徴とする,直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。 - 前記排出口は,前記ハウジングの上部に形成され,
前記排出口の下端より上部に位置する前記ハウジング内の空間は空洞であることを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。 - 前記ヒータは,前記多孔性物質の上端に位置する高さで,かつ,前記ハウジングの外周に設置されたことを特徴とする,請求項7に記載の直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。
- 前記多孔性物質は,スポンジであることを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。
- 前記取入れ口は,前記ハウジングの上部に形成され,前記液体燃料が注入されることを特徴とする,請求項9に記載の直接液体燃料電池用の燃料供給装置。
