Abstract
【解決手段】 絶縁シート片5のスロット孔部5aの大きさを、コア片4のスロット孔部4aの大きさよりも小さく形成して組み合わせ、スロット孔部4aにコイルを巻き線する際において、コイルがこの絶縁シート片5のはみ出し部分をスロット孔部4aの内側に折り曲げるように変形させ、仮にコア片4のスロット孔部4aにばりが発生していても、絶縁シート片5のはみ出し部分を被せてしまうので、コイルはばりに直接接触せず、巻線作業を確実にかつ安全に行い得る。

Claims (7)
- 下方に向けてパンチを作動して所定形状に打ち抜いた薄鋼板製のコア片をダイ中に積層して成る積層体の少なくとも最下層に、前記コア片とほぼ同形状の絶縁シート片を装着し、該絶縁シート片のスロット孔部は、前記コア片のスロット孔部とほぼ相似形であって、前記コア片のスロット孔部の大きさよりも小さくしたことを特徴とする積層鉄心。
- 前記絶縁シート片は前記積層体の最上層にも装着したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層鉄心。
- 前記積層体のスロット孔部間にコイルを巻き線したことを特徴とする積層鉄心。
- 所定形状に打ち抜いた薄鋼板製のコア片から成る積層体の前記コア片の所定枚数の積層毎に、前記コア片とほぼ同形状の絶縁シート片を挟み込み、該絶縁シート片のスロット孔部は、前記コア片のスロット孔部とほぼ相似形であって、前記コア片のスロット孔部の大きさよりも小さくしたことを特徴とする積層鉄心。
- 順送り金型又は総抜き金型を用いて積層鉄心を製造する場合に、薄鋼板材料から所定のコア片を第1の加工列により打ち抜き形成するコア片打抜工程と、絶縁シート材料から前記コア片とほぼ同形状で、スロット孔部の大きさが前記コア片のスロット孔部とほぼ相似形であって前記コア片のスロット孔部の大きさよりも小さく形成する絶縁シート片を第2の加工列により打ち抜き形成する絶縁シート片打抜工程と、前記絶縁シート片を前記積層鉄心の外層に装着及び(又は)内層に挟み込む積層工程とを有することを特徴とする積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 前記第1の加工列と第2の加工列は平行に配列したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 薄鋼板材料から所定のコア片を打ち抜き形成する第1の加工列と、該第1の加工列に平行に絶縁シート材料から前記コア片とほぼ同形状とし、前記第1の加工列で打ち抜いた前記コア片のスロット孔部とほぼ相似形であって前記コア片のスロット孔部の大きさよりもスロット孔部を小さくした絶縁シート片を打ち抜く第2の加工列とを設け、所定枚数の前記コア片毎に前記絶縁シート片を積層するために、前記第1の加工列の外形打ち抜きダイを前記第2の加工列との間を相互に往復するように構成したことを特徴とする積層鉄心の金型装置。
