Abstract
【解決手段】 縦桟1の上面にスライド溝5を凹設すると共にスライド溝5の上面開口の両縁に係止片6を設ける。ねじ孔7を穿設して形成される板ナット8に位置決め突片9を上方へ突出させて設ける。この板ナット8を係止片6の下側に係止すると共に位置決め突片9を係止片6の間から縦桟1の上方へ突出させた状態でスライド溝5にスライド自在に挿着する。そして、縦桟1の上に載置された横桟2の一側外面に位置決め突片9を当接させた状態で板ナット8を横桟2の下側に配置し、横桟2の結合孔10に通したボルト11を板ナット8のねじ孔7に螺合する。板ナット8の位置決め突片9を横桟2の一側外面に当接させることによって、横桟2に対する板ナット8の位置決めを行ない、横桟2の結合孔10と板ナット8のねじ孔7を位置合わせすることができる。

Claims (2)
- 縦桟と横桟とを結合して形成される架台を屋根の上に取り付け、架台に機能パネルを固定することによって屋根に機能パネルを取り付けるようにした機能パネルの取付構造において、縦桟の上面に長手方向に沿ってスライド溝を凹設すると共にスライド溝の上面開口の両縁に沿って係止片を張り出して設け、ねじ孔を穿設して形成される板ナットに位置決め突片を上方へ突出させて設け、この板ナットを係止片の下側に係止すると共に位置決め突片を係止片の間から縦桟の上方へ突出させた状態でスライド溝にスライド自在に挿着し、縦桟の上に交叉して載置された横桟の一側外面に位置決め突片を当接させた状態で板ナットを横桟の下側に配置し、横桟に設けた結合孔に上から通したボルトを板ナットのねじ孔に螺合して成ることを特徴とする機能パネルの取付構造。
- 縦桟のスライド溝の溝底に係止孔を穿設し、板ナットのねじ孔に螺合したボルトの板ナットより下方へ突出する下部を係止孔に挿入させて成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能パネルの取付構造。
