Abstract
【解決手段】 少なくとも摺動面に、ポリアミド樹脂85重量部以上95重量部以下およびワラストナイト5重量部以上15重量部以下の合計100重量部に対して、不飽和カルボン酸および不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物の一方又は両方で変性された変性スチレン系共重合体3重量部以上10重量部以下と、不飽和カルボン酸および不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物の一方又は両方で変性された重量平均分子量5万以上40万以下の変性高密度ポリエチレン0.5重量部以上5重量部以下と、を含有し、前記ポリアミド樹脂には、当該ポリアミド樹脂全体を100重量部としたときに、ナイロン6樹脂を10重量部以上50重量部以下、ナイロン66樹脂を50重量部以上90重量部以下の割合でブレンドしたものを用いる。

成形機:100t熱可塑性射出成形機
シリンダ温度:270〜300℃
金型温度:70〜90℃
射出圧力:30〜60MPa
射出時間:15秒
冷却時間:15秒
インサート:鉄製1.6mm厚板板
耐摩耗性試験では、製造したチェックレバー(図1の11)をドアチェック装置(図1の10参照)に装着し、ドアの開閉を3万回繰り返した後のドアの操作力変化率を測定した。操作力変化率が−30%以内であれば製品要求特性を満足する(合格)と判定する。
製造したチェックレバー(図1の11)を80℃の熱水中に24時間浸漬して、摺動部(図1の14参照)に係るポリアミド樹脂組成物に吸水させた後のドアの操作力を測定した。ドアの操作力が10N・m以下であれば製品要求特性を満足する(合格)と判定する。
−30℃の雰囲気下で、図4のように、固定台上に配置されたチェックレバーの摺動部上に先端のとがった治具を(先端部を摺動部に当接させて)配置し、当該治具の上面から一定の高さから一定の重りを落下させたときに、チェックレバーの摺動部に割れが生ずるか否かを測定した。割れがなければ製品要求特性を満足する(合格)と判定する。
次に、ポリアミド樹脂中のナイロン6とナイロン66の比率を変えてみたときのポリアミド樹脂組成物の圧縮歪量を検証する。ナイロン6とナイロン66比率を変更したテストピースを作成し、(1)テストピースを80℃の熱水中で24時間浸漬して吸水させたもの(吸湿時)、(2)テストピースを絶乾したもの(絶乾時)、それぞれの圧縮歪量を測定した。圧縮歪量の測定方法は、図5のように固定台と圧縮部の間にテストピース(幅10mm、厚さ4mm)と円柱(φ6mm)を配置し、テストピースを圧縮(負荷800N、負荷速度1mm/min)して圧縮歪量を測定した。その測定結果を図6に示す。

Claims (1)
- 少なくとも摺動面に、ポリアミド樹脂85重量部以上95重量部以下およびワラストナイト5重量部以上15重量部以下の合計100重量部に対して、不飽和カルボン酸および不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物の一方又は両方で変性された変性スチレン系共重合体3重量部以上10重量部以下と、不飽和カルボン酸および不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物の一方又は両方で変性された重量平均分子量5万以上40万以下の変性高密度ポリエチレン0.5重量部以上5重量部以下と、を含有したポリアミド樹脂組成物を用い、
前記ポリアミド樹脂には、当該ポリアミド樹脂全体を100重量部としたときに、ナイロン6樹脂を10重量部以上50重量部以下、ナイロン66樹脂を50重量部以上90重量部以下の割合でブレンドしたものを用いたことを特徴とするの摺動部品。
