Abstract
【解決手段】 導電性ペーストは、その溶剤がジヒドロターピニルプロピオネートであることから、ポリビニールブチラール樹脂をバインダーとするグリーンシートに塗布しても、これを殆ど熔解せず、しかも、高い印刷精度が得られると共に連続印刷時に印刷寸法のバラツキが小さく留められる。

Claims (2)
- 導体粉末と、有機バインダーと、有機溶剤とを含む導電性ペーストであって、
ジヒドロターピネオールに炭素数が3以上の側鎖が縮合されたジヒドロターピネオール誘導体を前記有機溶剤として含むことを特徴とする導電性ペースト。 - 導体粉末と、有機バインダーと、ジヒドロターピニルプロピオネートとを含むことを特徴とする導電性ペースト。
