Abstract
【解決手段】 部品は金属板の穴を貫通する部分と金属板の穴より断面が大きい部分との段差を有すると共に、金属板の穴を貫通する部分の周囲には段差個所において溝が設けられており、また金属板の穴の縁には複数の突出部と切欠部とが交互に設けられると共に、突出部は金属板の一方の面側に屈曲されており、これらを締結するに当たり、突出部が屈曲している面側から金属板の穴に部品を前記段差の位置まで挿入して金属板の穴の周囲と部品との間を加圧し、屈曲していた突出部の曲がりが戻るに従って突出部の先端を溝に食い込ませる。

Claims (2)
- 金属板に設けた穴に部品を締結する方法において、前記部品は金属板の穴を貫通する部分と金属板の穴より断面が大きい部分との段差を有すると共に、金属板の穴を貫通する部分の周囲には段差個所において溝が設けられており、また金属板の穴の縁には複数の突出部と切欠部とが交互に設けられると共に、前記突出部は金属板の一方の面側に屈曲されており、これら部品と金属板とを締結するに当たり、前記突出部が屈曲している面側から金属板の穴に部品を前記段差の位置まで挿入して金属板の穴の周囲と部品の段差面との間を加圧し、屈曲していた突出部の曲がりが戻るに従って突出部の先端が前記溝に食い込むことにより締結することを特徴とする金属板に設けた穴に部品を締結する方法。
- 突出部と切欠部の幅の比率が突出部の根元の位置において、突出部1に対し切欠部が0.3ないし2であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属板に設けた穴に部品を締結する方法。
