Abstract
【解決手段】 酸化染料用容器は合成樹脂の多層構造からなる。該容器は、酸化染料を含有する内容物、特に炭素数14以上の脂肪族アルコール及び/又は炭化水素系油脂(パラフィン類、エステル類)が含有される内容物の収容に用いられる。多層構造は、酸素バリア層と、該酸素バリア層よりも内側に位置する水分バリア層と、該水分バリア層よりも内側に位置する耐内容物バリア層とを有して構成されている。耐内容物バリア層は好ましくはポリアミド系樹脂から構成されている。

Description
更に染毛剤入りチューブ容器を40℃、75%RHの環境下に6ヶ月間保存した後の内容液の変色の程度を、シミュレーションした酸素透過度に基づき以下の基準で予測した。結果を表2に示す。
○・・変色がほとんど見られず
△・・変色あり
×・・著しい変色あり
Claims (8)
- 合成樹脂の多層構造からなり、前記多層構造が、酸素バリア層と、該酸素バリア層よりも内側に位置する水分バリア層と、該水分バリア層よりも内側に位置する耐内容物バリア層とを有して構成されている、酸化染料を含有する内容物の収容に用いられる酸化染料用容器。
- 前記多層構造が、酸素バリア層よりも外側に、最外層としてのポリオレフィン系樹脂層を有すると共に、耐内容物バリア層よりも内側に、最内層としてのポリオレフィン系樹脂層を有する請求項1記載の酸化染料用容器。
- 耐内容物バリア層が、ポリアミド系樹脂から構成されている請求項1又は2記載の酸化染料用容器。
- 酸素バリア層が、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリアミド系樹脂又はポリエステル系樹脂から構成されている請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載の酸化染料用容器。
- 水分バリア層が、環状オレフィン系重合体から構成されている請求項1ないし4の何れかに記載の酸化染料用容器。
- 隣り合う層どうしが接着性樹脂を介して積層されている請求項1ないし5の何れかに記載の酸化染料用容器。
- 請求項1乃至6の酸化染料用容器に酸化染料を含む内溶液を収容した酸化染料剤製品。
- 内容物が炭素数14以上の脂肪族アルコール及び/又は炭化水素系油脂(パラフィン類、エステル類)を含有する請求項7記載の酸化染料剤製品。
