Abstract
【解決手段】 サスペンション装置のナックル10は、プレス加工された板材11,12、および板材11,12間に介装したスペーサ17(補強部材)を備える。板材11,12は、下壁13,15における後端曲げ縁13d,15d同士、下端曲げ縁13e,15e同士が互いに当接した状態で溶接される。また、板材11,12は、上壁14,16における前端曲げ縁14a,16a同士、後端曲げ縁14b,16b同士が互いに当接した状態で溶接される。下壁13,15の前端には、曲げ縁を有しない開口端13f,15fが形成される。ディスクブレーキは、開口端13fの外側部位の下壁13の外側面上または開口端13f,15fの内側部位の下壁13,15の内側面上に取り付けられる。

Claims (3)
- 互いに当接可能に曲げられた曲げ縁にて一体的に固着される複数の板材を有し、車体と車輪側支持部材との間に介装されて車輪を支持するとともに車輪を制動するためのブレーキ機構を組み付けたナックルを備えた車両用サスペンション装置であって、
前記ナックルは、前記複数の板材が一体的に固着された状態にて所定の区間に渡って前記曲げによる曲げ縁を有しない開口端を有するものであり、前記開口端の外側面上または内側面上にて前記ブレーキ機構を組み付けるようにしたことを特徴とする車両用サスペンション装置。 - 前記複数の板材間に、同板材間の隙間とほぼ等しい厚みを有する補強部材を介装した請求項1に記載の車両用サスペンション装置。
- 前記補強部材は、段部を有する貫通孔を備えており、前記段部に前記貫通孔の軸線方向に開口するように環状溝を形成した請求項2に記載の車両用サスペンション装置。
