Abstract
【解決手段】高分子フィルムからなる第二透明基板22とその下面の第二透明導電膜24との間に水蒸気透過防止層40を設けたタッチパネルとしたため、厳しい高温高湿雰囲気下から低温低湿雰囲気下への移動に対しても、タッチパネル内部に結露が発生しにくいものが容易に実現できる。

Claims (10)
- 少なくともいずれか一方が樹脂シートや高分子フィルムからなる上面に第一透明導電膜を備えた第一透明基板と下面に第二透明導電膜を備えた第二透明基板とが、互いの導電膜が対向状態となるように所定間隔を保って対向配置され、可視領域境界の外側が粘着層で接着固定されて構成されるタッチパネルにおいて、前記可視領域境界内の前記各導電膜面への結露防止手段を講じたタッチパネル。
- 結露防止手段として、樹脂シートや高分子フィルムからなる側の透明基板に対し、その基板の外方面、または前記基板とそれに配された透明導電膜との間に無機化合物からなる水蒸気透過防止層を設けて水分の浸入防止を図るものとした請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
- 水蒸気透過防止層及び透明導電膜が設けられた透明基板は、JIS Z 7129またはモコン法に準拠した水蒸気透過率が0.1g/m2・day以下のものである請求項2記載のタッチパネル。
- 結露防止手段として、樹脂シートや高分子フィルムからなる側の透明基板に対し、無機化合物からなる水蒸気透過防止層が形成された高分子フィルムまたは樹脂シートを、少なくともタッチパネル可視領域に応じた範囲で貼り合わせて水分の浸入防止を図るものとした請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
- 水蒸気透過防止層が設けられた高分子フィルムまたは樹脂シートは、JIS Z 7129またはモコン法に準拠した水蒸気透過率が0.1g/m2・day以下のものである請求項4記載のタッチパネル。
- 無機化合物として、酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン、酸化インジウム、酸化スズ、酸化ジルコニウム、スズドープ酸化インジウム(以下、ITOという)、酸化アルミニウム、酸化窒化ケイ素の少なくとも一つが含まれる請求項2または4記載のタッチパネル。
- 無機化合物が、反射防止効果を有する請求項6記載のタッチパネル。
- 結露防止手段として、樹脂シートや高分子フィルムからなる側の透明基板に対し、厚さ1.5mm以下のガラス板を、少なくともタッチパネル可視領域に応じた範囲で貼り合わせて水分の浸入防止を図るものとした請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
- ガラス板の透明基板に貼り合わされた面とは逆の面に、ハードコート膜付き高分子フィルムが貼り合わせられた請求項8記載のタッチパネル。
- 第一透明導電膜と第二透明導電膜との間隔を、タッチパネルの粘着層で接着されている内側の全領域において5〜60μmで設定した請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
