Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも一面に電極活物質層が形成された正極板及び負極板と,上記正極板及び負極板を絶縁させるセパレータが巻き取られて形成された電極組立体と,上記正極板及び負極板中の少なくとも一つの電極活物質層の両端部に形成される突出部46の少なくとも一つを覆いかぶせるように形成される絶縁層30と,を含むリチウムイオン二次電池において,上記絶縁層30は所定の形状の貫通ホール32を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一面に電極活物質層が形成された正極板及び負極板と,前記正極板及び前記負極板を絶縁させるセパレータとが巻き取られて形成された電極組立体と;前記正極板及び前記負極板のうち少なくともいずれかの前記電極活物質層の両端部に形成された突出部の少なくとも一つに覆いかぶさるように形成される絶縁層と;を含むリチウムイオン二次電池において:
前記絶縁層は,所定の形状の貫通ホールを含むことを特徴とする,リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記絶縁層は,前記正極板の前記正極活物質層の両端部の突出部のうち,少なくとも一つの突出部の上部に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は,前記電極活物質層の上部に形成される部位のみに前記貫通ホールが形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は,絶縁テープを取り付けることによって形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープは,ラミネーティングテープであることを特徴とする,請求項4に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープは,前記正極板または前記負極板との接触面に接着剤が塗布された接着テープであることを特徴とする,請求項4に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープは,PI,PPSまたはPP材質で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープの厚さは,5〜200μmであることを特徴とする,請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記貫通ホールの総面積が,前記電極活物質層の上部に配置された前記絶縁テープの面積の30%〜90%となるように,前記貫通ホールが形成されることを特徴とする,請求項4〜8のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記貫通ホールは,前記電極活物質層の上部に配置された前記絶縁テープの部分において,少なくとも5個形成されることを特徴とする,請求項4〜9のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記貫通ホールは,略円形状を有することを特徴とする,請求項4〜10のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記貫通ホールは,略多角形状を有することを特徴とする,請求項4〜10のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
