Claims (16)
- 接続スリーブを有する二重壁熱可塑性チューブを製造する方法であって、
a) 第1のチューブ(1)が、経路上を案内される少なくとも1列の金型(5)を具備している金型トンネル(4)内に押し出され、
b) 第1のチューブ(1)が、少なくとも1つの第1のセクションにおいて波形形状を与えられ且つ少なくとも1つの第2のセクションにおいて接続スリーブへと膨脹させられ、
c) 第2のチューブ(6)が、第1のチューブ(1)内に押し出され且つ第1のチューブ(1)の波形トラフ(8)に押し付けられ、
d) 第1のチューブ(1)が波形形状を与えられつつあり且つ第2のチューブ(6)が第1のチューブ内に押し出されつつある間、2つのチューブ(1,6)の間の空間(A)が、大気圧より高い圧力p1を受け、
e) 第1のチューブ(1)の接続スリーブへの膨脹の前に、2つのチューブ(1,6)の間の空間(A)が、可変であるが連続的には低下しない、圧力p1より低い圧力p2を受け、
f) 既に接続スリーブへと膨脹されられている第1のチューブ(1)内への第2のチューブ(6)の押し出しの間、第2のチューブ(6)が、大気圧より高い圧力p3を内側から受けて第1のチューブ(1)に押し付けられ、
g) 続いて、圧力p1が、2つのチューブの間の空間(A)に再び加えられる、

- 第1のチューブ(1)の接続スリーブへの膨脹の最後に、圧力p2が、圧力p1より高く設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のうちの一項に記載されている方法を実施する装置であって、
A) 経路上を案内される少なくとも1列の金型(5)を具備している金型トンネル(4)であって、少なくとも1つの第1のセクションにおける波形金型壁(13)と、少なくとも1つの第2のセクションにおける接続スリーブに対応するスリーブ凹部(12)とを有するものと、
B) 押出ヘッド(3)を備えている押出機であって、押出ヘッド(3)は、第1のチューブ(1)を金型トンネル(4)内に押し出すための第1のダイ(2)と、金型トンネル(4)の金型(5)の移動方向における下流側に配置されている、第2のチューブ(6)を押し出すための第2のダイ(7)とを有している、ものと、
C) 2つのダイ(2,7)の間に配置されている第1のガスダクト(10)と、金型トンネル(4)の金型(5)の移動方向における第2のダイ(7)の下流側で開口している第2のガスダクト(14)と、
E) 第1のガスダクト(10)に接続されている圧縮ガスコントローラ(15)であって、第1のガスダクト(10)の口部から流出する圧縮ガスを用いて、2つのチューブ(1,6)の間の空間内に、圧力p1と、可変であるが連続的には低下しない、圧力p1より低い圧力p2とをもたらし、ここで、p1及びp2は、大気圧より高い、ものと、
F) 第2のガスダクト(14)に接続されている圧縮ガスコントローラ(16)であって、第2のガスダクト(14)の口部から流出する圧縮ガスを用いて、第2のチューブ(6)の内側に大気圧より高い圧力p3をもたらすものと、
G) 第1のチューブ(1)の接続スリーブへの膨脹の前に、2つのチューブ(1,6)の間の空間(A)が、可変であるが連続的には低下しない、圧力p1より低い圧力p2を受けるよう、圧縮ガスコントローラ(15,16)を制御する制御装置(17)と、

- 2つのチューブ(1,6)の間の空間(A)内の圧縮ガスの温度及び/又はチューブ(1,6)の熱可塑性材料の温度を測定するためのセンサが、設けられており、且つ、圧縮ガスコントローラ(15)が、温度値に基づいて2つのチューブ(1,6)の間の空間(A)内が圧力p1及びp2に到達するのに必要とされるガスの圧力又はガスの量を設定すべく使用され得ることを特徴とする請求項8〜請求項10のうちの一項に記載の装置。
- p2とp3との間の規定差圧が、圧縮ガスコントローラ(15,16)を用いて2つのガスダクト(10,14)について設定され得ることを特徴とする請求項7〜請求項11のうちの一項に記載の装置。
- マークが、金型(5)の外側に設けられていると共に、固定されているセンサ(19)が、設けられており、このセンサにより、マークが、金型(5)のその経路上における規定位置で検出され得、且つ、制御装置(17)が、センサ(19)によるマークの検出に基づいて圧縮ガスコントローラ(15,16)を作動させるプログラムを備えていることを特徴とする請求項7〜請求項12のうちの一項に記載の装置。
- マークが、金型(5)の外側の凸部又は凹部からなっており、且つ、センサ(19)が、近接スイッチであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- パルスを発生してそれらを制御装置(17)に伝送するパルス発生器(20)であって、連続するパルスは、経路上において規定距離を移動する金型(5)に依存する、ものが、設けられており、且つ、制御装置(17)が、パルスに基づいて圧縮ガスコントローラ(15,16)を作動させるプログラムを有していることを特徴とする請求項7〜請求項14のうちの一項に記載の装置。
- 制御装置(17)が、押出機の2つのダイ(2,7)を通してそれぞれ押し出される熱可塑性材料の流量及び/又は経路上における金型(5)の速度を可変に設定することを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項7〜請求項15のうちの一項に記載の装置。
