図5は、ジルコニアセッター2を構成する粒子の平均粒子径と圧電セラミック基板の反り量との関係を示すグラフである。このとき、他の条件は、磁器密度:6kg/dm3、熱伝導率:4.5W/mK、載置面2aの中心線平均粗さ:5μmであった。なお、反り量とは、レーザ式の非接触3次元形状測定装置を用いて測定した圧電セラミック基板の最大高低差である。
図6は、ジルコニアセッター2の磁器密度と圧電セラミック基板の反り量との関係を示すグラフである。このとき、他の条件は、平均粒子径:1.8μm、熱伝導率:4.5W/mK、載置面2aの中心線平均粗さ:5μmであった。
図7は、ジルコニアセッター2の熱伝導率と圧電セラミック基板の反り量との関係を示すグラフである。このとき、他の条件は、平均粒子径:1.8μm、磁器密度:6kg/dm3、載置面2aの中心線平均粗さ:5μmであった。
図8は、ジルコニアセッター2の載置面2aの中心線平均粗さと圧電セラミック基板の反り量との関係を示すグラフである。このとき、他の条件は、平均粒子径:1.8μm、磁器密度:6kg/dm3、熱伝導率:4.5W/mKであった。なお、中心線平均粗さとは、JIS B0601に規定されている表面粗さのことであり、粗さ曲線を中心線から折り返し、その粗さ曲線と中心線とによって得られた面積を長さで割った値である。
このように、十点平均粗さRzは、高い方の5つの値と低い方の5つの値とを考慮した算出法であるため、表面に突発的な凹凸があると、それが十点平均粗さRzの値に反映されることになる。
Claims (4)
- セラミックグリーンを焼成してセラミック基板を形成する際に前記セラミックグリーンが載置される載置面を有するセッターであって、
平均粒子径が0.3μm〜2.5μmで、磁器密度が6kg/dm3以上で、熱伝導率が5W/mK以下で、且つ前記載置面の中心線平均粗さが1μm〜20μmであることを特徴とするセッター。 - セラミックグリーンを焼成してセラミック基板を形成するセラミック基板の製造方法であって、
平均粒子径が0.3μm〜2.5μmで、磁器密度が6kg/dm3以上で、熱伝導率が5W/mK以下で、且つ載置面の中心線平均粗さが1μm〜20μmであるセッターを用意し、前記セッターの前記載置面上に前記セラミックグリーンを載置して焼成することを特徴とするセラミック基板の製造方法。 - 平均粒子径が0.3μm〜2.5μmで、磁器密度が6kg/dm3以上で、熱伝導率が5W/mK以下で、且つ載置面の中心線平均粗さが1μm〜20μmであるセッターの前記載置面上にセラミックグリーンを載置して焼成することにより形成され、反り量が25μm以下であることを特徴とするセラミック基板。
- 平均粒子径が0.3μm〜2.5μmで、磁器密度が6kg/dm3以上で、熱伝導率が5W/mK以下で、且つ載置面の中心線平均粗さが1μm〜20μmであるセッターの前記載置面上にセラミックグリーンを載置して焼成することにより形成され、前記載置面側の面の十点平均粗さが5μm以下であることを特徴とするセラミック基板。
