Abstract
【解決手段】スリンガー2の外周端部に、シール部材3の内周側に非接触で配置されて流体振り切り作用を発揮するカエリ部2dを一体成形する。カエリ部2dは、スリンガー2の外周端部に軸方向一方へ向けて一体成形された外周筒部2eと、外周筒部2eの先端に一体成形された反転部2fと、反転部2fの先端に軸方向他方へ向けて一体成形された第二外周筒部2gとを一体に有するものとする。

Description
(A)相対回転する二部材のうちの一方に取り付けられるスリンガー(2)と、他方に取り付けられるシール部材(3)との組み合わせよりなり、前記スリンガー(2)は、筒状の取付部(2a)と環状の平面部(2b)とを一体に有し、前記シール部材(3)は、取付環(4)と、前記取付環(4)に被着されたゴム状弾性体(5)とを有し、前記取付環(4)は、筒状の取付部(4a)と環状の平面部(4b)とを一体に有し、前記ゴム状弾性体(5)は、前記取付環(4)の取付部(4a)の内周面に被着された筒状ゴム部(5a)と、前記取付環(4)の平面部(4b)の内側端面に被着された平面ゴム部(5b)と、前記スリンガー(2)に摺動自在に密接するシールリップ(5c)(5d)とを一体に有する密封装置(1)において、前記スリンガー(2)の平面部(2b)の外周端部に、前記筒状ゴム部(5a)の内周側に非接触で配置されて流体振り切り作用を発揮するカエリ部(2d)を一体成形したことを特徴とする密封装置。

Claims (4)
- 相対回転する二部材のうちの一方に取り付けられるスリンガー(2)と他方に取り付けられるシール部材(3)との組み合わせよりなる密封装置(1)において、
前記スリンガー(2)の外周端部に、前記シール部材(3)の内周側に非接触で配置されて流体振り切り作用を発揮するカエリ部(2d)を一体成形したことを特徴とする密封装置。 - 請求項1の密封装置において、
カエリ部(2d)は、スリンガー(2)の外周端部に軸方向一方へ向けて一体成形された外周筒部(2e)と、前記外周筒部(2e)の先端に一体成形された反転部(2f)と、前記反転部(2f)の先端に軸方向他方へ向けて一体成形された第二外周筒部(2g)とを一体に有することを特徴とする密封装置。 - 請求項2の密封装置において、
第二外周筒部(2g)とシール部材(3)間および反転部(2f)とシール部材(3)間に一連のラビリンスシール(7)を設けたことを特徴とする密封装置。 - 請求項2の密封装置において、
外周筒部(2e)の内周側に配置されるリップ(5e)をシール部材(3)に設け、第二外周筒部(2g)とシール部材(3)間、反転部(2f)とシール部材(3)間および外周筒部(2e)とリップ(5e)間に一連のラビリンスシール(7)を設けたことを特徴とする密封装置。
