Claims (9)
- スロットルバルブハウジング(1)をシールするための方法において、第1段階で一体的なスロットルバルブ(1)をスロットルバルブシャフト(3)に固定し、第2段階で少なくとも1つの弾性的な補償エレメント(4)をスロットルバルブ(1)に取り付け、第3段階で弾性的な補償エレメント(4)を拡開工具を用いてスロットルバルブハウジング(2)の内壁に押し付け、第4段階で、スロットルバルブハウジング(2)の内壁に押し付けられた弾性的な補償エレメント(4)をスロットルバルブ(1)に結合することを特徴とする、スロットルバルブ1ハウジング(1)をシールするための方法。
- スロットルバルブ(1)を少なくとも1つのねじ結合部を介してスロットルバルブシャフト(3)に結合する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 弾性的な補償エレメント(4)を一体的に構成し、この補償エレメント(4)に互いに向き合う2つの貫通孔(4′)を設け、前記第3段階を省略し、弾性的な補償エレメント(4)を第1段階の前段階で互いに向き合う前記2つの貫通孔(4′)を介してスロットルバルブシャフト(3)に被せ嵌める、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 金属製のスロットルバルブ(1)と、プラスチック製の弾性的な補償エレメント(4)とを使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- スロットルバルブハウジング(2)の内壁に押し付けられた弾性的な補償エレメント(4)を接着によってスロットルバルブ(1)に結合し、この場合、接着剤を、前段階又は第2段階で、少なくとも1つの弾性的な補償エレメント(4)を取り付ける前に、スロットルバルブ(1)に又は少なくとも1つの補償エレメント(4)に設ける、請求項4記載の方法。
- プラスチック製のスロットルバルブ(1)と、プラスチック製の弾性的な補償エレメント(4)とを使用する、請求項1から3,5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- プラスチックとしてポリアミド6を使用する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 弾性的な補償エレメント(4)とスロットルバルブ(1)との結合をレーザによって行う、請求項1から3、6,7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- アルミニウムより成る少なくとも1つの弾性的な補償エレメント(4)及びスロットルバルブ(1)を使用する、請求項1から3又は8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
