Description
本発明の思想は、ベアリングハウジングを支持する別途の構造物であって、ハウジングガイドが更に提供されて、上記ハウジングガイドによりベアリングハウジングが支持され、ハウジングガイドにコアが支持され、回転子の垂直度を正確で、かつ便利に合せることができることを一つの特徴とする。このような背景下で、本発明は多数の他の実施様態を持つことができる。
Claims (21)
- ロータと、
前記ロータを回転可能に支持するベアリングハウジングと、
前記ベアリングハウジングの外面をガイド及び固定する垂直部を持つハウジングガイドと、
前記ハウジングガイドを固定するためのベースプレートと、
前記ベース基板の上に装着される印刷回路基板と、
コア及びコイルを具備し、前記ベアリングハウジングの外面に結合されて前記印刷回路基板からパワーの供給を受けるステータと、
を含むことを特徴とするスピンドルモータ。 - 前記ハウジングガイドの垂直部はハーフブランキング工程により形成されるバー部であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ステータのコアは、前記ハウジングガイドの垂直部に上段部と接触することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ハウジングガイドは、前記ベースプレートに挿入される挿入部を具備し、これにより前記ハウジングガイドが前記ベースプレートに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ハウジングガイドは、下方に延びる多数個の突起を具備し、前記ベースプレートは前記突起が挿入される多数個のホールを具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ハウジングガイドは、前記ベースプレートに挿入される挿入部を具備し、熔接により前記ベースプレートに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ハウジングガイドの挿入部は、前記ベースプレートに圧入されることを特徴とする請求項6記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ハウジングガイド及び前記ベアリングハウジングの外面は、接着剤により相互粘着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ベアリングハウジングはカップ形状を持ち、スラストストッパとして機能する密閉された底面を具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ベアリングハウジングは、ディープドローイング工程により製造されることを特徴とする請求項9記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ベアリングハウジングは前記ベアリングハウジングの下部に突出されている凸部を具備し、前記ベースプレートは前記凸部が挿入されるホールを具備することによって、前記凸部が前記ベースプレートに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記凸部は、前記ホールに圧入されることを特徴とする請求項11記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記凸部は、前記ホールに熔接されることを特徴とする請求項11記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記コア及びベアリングハウジングは、相互固着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピンドルモータ。
- ベースプレートをハウジングガイドに結合させて単一組立体を提供するステップと、
ベアリングハウジングの第1部分を前記ベースプレートに支持し、前記ベアリングハウジングの第2部分を前記ハウジングガイドに支持して、軸直立性が較正できるように、カップ形状を持つ前記ベアリングハウジングの開放部が組立ジグに支持される状態で、前記単一組立体を前記ベアリングハウジングに向けて移動させるステップと、
を具備することを特徴とするスピンドルモータ製造方法。 - 前記第1部分は、圧入及び/または熔接により支持されることを特徴とする請求項15記載のスピンドルモータ製造方法。
- 前記ハウジングガイドは、前記ベアリングハウジングの外面に沿って垂直延長する延長部を具備し、前記延長部により前記ベアリングハウジングの第2部分が支持されることを特徴とする請求項15記載のスピンドルモータ製造方法。
- 前記第2部分と前記第2部分に対応する前記ベアリングハウジングの部分との間に形成される接触面の上に接着剤をコーティングするステップを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項15記載のスピンドルモータ製造方法。
- 前記軸直立性較正は、前記接着剤がコーティングされた状態で遂行されることを特徴とする請求項18記載のスピンドルモータ製造方法。
- 前記軸直立性較正は、前記ベースプレートの水平面を基準にして遂行されることを特徴とする請求項15記載のスピンドルモータ製造方法。
- 前記軸直立性を較正した後、コアを前記ハウジングガイドの端部の上に装着するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15記載のスピンドルモータ製造方法。
