Claims (9)
- 内燃機関の制御時間の変更のための装置であって、軸方向偏心機構として構成され、駆動輪(2)とカムシャフト(カムシャフト1の端部)の間の回転角を変化する調整装置と、第1の正面側歯部(9)を有し、駆動輪(2)に遊転不能に結合された調整部材(8)と、半径方向外側区域に第2の正面側歯部(11)を有する円板(10)とを備え、第2の正面側歯部(11)が作動部(圧力板17)によって変位運動をさせられ、これらの正面側歯部(9及び11)が少なくとも歯1個だけ食い違いになっているものにおいて、
円板(10)がカムシャフト(カムシャフト1の端部)と遊転不能に結合され、カムシャフト(カムシャフト1の端部)の軸方向に可撓性の部材として形成され、作動部(圧力板17)が円板(10)を軸方向に変形することを特徴とする装置。 - 作動部が、可撓性円板(10)の第2の歯部(11)の反対側の外面に接する圧力板(17)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 作動部が、可撓性円板(10)の第2の歯部(11)の反対側の外面に接する圧力板(17)として形成され、円板(10)の側の圧力板(17)の面が単数個又は複数個の隆起を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 作動部が、可撓性円板(10)の第2の歯部(11)の反対側の外面に接する圧力板(17)として構成され、円板(10)の反対側の圧力板(17)の面が調整装置のハウジングの壁部(6)に支えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 円板(10)の側の調整部材(8)の表面がおおむね球面状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 作動部が圧力板(17)として形成され、圧力板(17)が可撓性円板(10)の第2の正面側歯部(11)の反対側の外面に接し、円板(10)の反対側の圧力板(17)の面が調整装置のハウジングの壁部(6)に支えられ、圧力板が転動体(20)を装着し、この転動体を介してハウジングの壁部(6)に軸方向に支承されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 作動部が圧力板(17)として形成され、圧力板(17)が可撓性円板(10)の第2の正面側歯部(11)の反対側の外面に接し、圧力板(17)が転動体(19)を装着し、この転動体によってハウジングの壁部(6)に軸方向に支承されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中心ねじでカムシャフト(カムシャフト1の端部)に緊定された少なくとも1個のリング(13)によって円板(10)の半径方向内側部分が遊転不能に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧力板(17)及びこれと協動するロータ(15)がカムシャフト(カムシャフト1の端部)に支承されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
