Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 酸素富化空気を供給するための装置であって、
互いに離隔されており、その周囲の空気を酸素富化空気及び窒素富化空気に分離するための一つ以上の中空膜ユニットと、
前記一つ以上の分離膜ユニットを通して前記周囲の空気を吸入して内部に吸い込み、前記酸素富化空気を提供するための酸素富化空気吸入手段と、
前記酸素富化空気を吐出するための酸素富化空気吐出ユニットとを含むことを特徴とする酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。 - 前記一つ以上の中空分離膜ユニットは、それぞれ開放端を有する大体薄い立方体状であり、前記開放端を通して前記酸素富化空気を吸い込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 各々の分離膜ユニットは、ポリマーから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記ポリマーは、シリコン系、オレフィン系、フッ素系、及びフェニレンエーテル系ポリマーから構成されたグループから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記酸素富化空気吸入手段は真空ポンプであり、前記真空ポンプは前記酸素富化空気吐出ユニットと連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記真空ポンプと前記酸素富化空気吐出ユニットとの間に提供され、真空ポンプによって誘発される振動を減衰するための振動減衰機構をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記振動減衰機構は、一対の振動減衰管及びこれらの間に提供される連結チューブを含み、前記各々の振動減衰管は、酸素富化空気が流れていく複数の断面を有し、前記複数の断面はそれらの断面積が互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記断面は第1〜4断面部を含み、前記第2断面部の断面積は前記第1断面部の断面積より小さく、前記第3断面部の断面積は前記第2断面部の断面積と前記第1断面部の断面積との間の範囲であり、前記第4断面部は前記第2断面部の断面積より小さく、前記連結チューブの断面積は前記第4断面部の断面積より小さいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記断面部は、多角形であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記断面部は、円形であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 選択的に芳香物質を前記酸素富化空気吐出ユニットに供給するための、芳香物質添加ユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記芳香物質添加ユニットは、
前記酸素富化空気の一部を選択的に流入するための選択的コミュニケータと、
その内部に芳香物質が内包された物質を有し、前記流入された一部の酸素富化空気を前記芳香物質と混合するための芳香ケーシングと、
前記芳香ケーシングと前記酸素富化空気吐出ユニットとの間に提供され、前記酸素富化空気吐出機構に提供される前記芳香物質及び前記酸素富化空気の混合物の量を制御するための調節器とを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。 - 前記選択的コミュニケータは、オンオフ弁又は電磁弁であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記芳香物質添加ユニットは、
前記酸素富化空気が通過するようにするための通路と、
前記通路とそれぞれ連通する一対のカップリングとを含み、
前記カップリングの一方は、前記酸素富化空気を流入するための第1ポートと、前記通路及び前記芳香ケーシングとそれぞれ連結される第2及び第3ポートを含み、他方のカップリングは前記芳香ケーシング及び前記通路と各々連結される第4及び第5ポートと、酸素富化空気及び酸素富化空気と芳香物質の混合物をガイドするための第6ポートを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。 - 前記一つ以上の分離膜ユニットによって分離された前記窒素富化空気を除去し、そこに新鮮な空気を供給するための手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
- 前記窒素富化空気除去手段は、送風機であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の酸素富化空気を供給するための装置。
