Abstract

Claims (4)
- 前側においてパイプ底(7)と溶接されている、排ガスパイプ(10)のパイプ束と、パイプ底(7)と溶接されているハウジングジャケット(2)とからなる、自動車用の排ガス熱伝達体において、
パイプ底(7)が、前側に配置されている周面継ぎ目(11)を介してハウジングジャケット(2、3b)と溶接されていることを特徴とする排ガス熱伝達体。 - パイプ底(7)が、立ち上がった端縁(7a)を有し、ハウジングジャケットが前端部(3b)を有しており、端縁(7a)と前端部(3b)が面一に配置されて、周面継ぎ目(11)によって結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガス熱伝達体。
- 請求項1または2に記載の排ガス熱伝達体を形成する方法において、
−パイプ(24)、パイプ底(22、23)およびハウジングジャケット(21)が、熱伝達体ブロック(20’、20”)として継ぎ合わされ、
−ブロック(20’、20”)が挟持装置内に保持され、かつ
−ハウジングジャケット(21)とパイプ底(22、23)も、パイプ(24)とパイプ底(22、23)も、前側において一度の締め付けで互いに溶接されることを特徴とする、排ガス熱伝達体を形成する方法。 - 前側における溶接が、少なくとも1本のレーザービーム(27、29)によって行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
